FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case comp

Thanks for checking.Ok at people a PSA I need to do. I think we got a bit spoiled since January. Because honestly the 2nd week of the month was the usual interview scheduling. Like around now. But

Stevie B this is not true. You have said this before and its wrong. The embassy has no idea about us IR1/CR1 unless we are DCF or Expedite. NVC schedules for us okay not embassy. There is a calendar

Thank you dwheels...by the way my interview is Aug 5 not Aug 6. I think you had too much coffee...hehe

Oh for the love of....... I took allergy pills last night to sleep (I have no allergies but they sure work good to sleep...hehe) well it expired in 2011. It didn't make me sleepy until about 2 hours ago. Now I am sleep mid day. Let me update.

I just got my P4 letter too! Yeah...its official..now I can set up the medical appointment. Thank you God!

He means tax transcripts for 2012 Also have latest paystub just in case you never know.

scroll up the question was asked by rainyblue if 2012 tax info and a new I-864 needed to be provided at interview and answer is yes.

many of us went through NVC before filing 2012 so you would need to hand over updated info. have handy. They may ask they may not but you should have done.

Thats me. lol. I got the transcripts ready and filling out the I864 and i864a. Do we put adjusted income on the total income?

Hey Darnell, iam a little bit confused. What do you mean by get the current annual income stuff done?

there are 2 sections in the I-864,

prior year income and

current annual income.

If you need to show tax year 2012 stuff , then it's a great possibility you have to show

because a tax year has passed from the time the I-864 was submitted into nvc

to the time of interview day.

If that's the case, then a new I-864 set must be made,

showing tax year 2012, 2011, 2010

along with

the current annual income for 2013.

tax data is prior year.

'current annual income' is 2013, and it's an estimation. Usually this is shown by a letter of employment from the employer, but can also be shown by paystubs.

so - you submit the I-864 into NVC in 2012? or no ?

is also a window for slippage during tax season, where 2011 is ok to show. tax season is over - when did you file the I-864 with NVC? I ask, because you never made a timeline over at

He means tax transcripts for 2012 Also have latest paystub just in case you never know.
