Called USCIS today said IL should be here soon. Inter. Date Jan..9th 7:15am. :thumbs:

Well waiting to get hard copy:((. But nevertheless I have a date and time thk God. Excited to finally have something. Now waiting and thinking..to wake up a toddler and NB so early..gotta love it the way you get it :dance: .

I called last night and they entered a claim for me as well since Indianapolis local was also processing 11/15/12 and our fee was accepted 10/31/12. I was also told to wait 15 days and then check back

I am still waiting for my EAD, had the biometrics in Nov. 13th as scheduled. We are planning to move to Cali in early January (2-5).

I haven't gotten the EAD/AP or the Interview notification, and I am a few weeks behind you. I hope I get my EAD/AP, and that the changing the address-period won't affect the interview date, since I have to change centers....

AHHH!!!! I just checked the case status (which by the way did not work until NOW) and I am in the interview step!! My interview was scheduled for January 9th. I will call to change my address and hopefully it won't affect the process.

Just as a reminder,

Sent AOS items (I485,I130, I131, I756) October 2nd

Received October 4th, signed 5th

Biometrics appt. as scheduled on Nov. 13th

Interview request sent Dec 5th. (checked the mail yesterday morning and wasn't there)

waiting for the hard-copy receipt..

Acceptance:?

EAD/AP card: ?

Green card:?

Well, our weirdness for the day was my husband got his approval for AP today in the mail - approved 12/4 the day after his biometrics, but we never even got an NOA1 on that one because we didn't have him sign it the first time - then we mailed it back. We got NOA1's on both the other two forms I-485 and the EAD, but not a peep on them... Well, AP is better than nothing! :thumbs:

Nov/23/12: at 9:27 A.M.Package signed and recieved

Nov/29/12: Check cashed

Dec/03/12: Recieved Receipts and Biometrics appointment

Dec/20/12: Biometrics appointment

Jan/2/13. : received email an text. Ready for Testing and interview

Jan/23/13: text and email that EAD and AP approved!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

Day 70: Jan/29/13: Card/Document Production

Day 73: Feb/01/13: Recieved EAD card.

Day 101: recieved text/email that AOS interview is April 2nd.

Day--- : AOS approved for green card. Got stamp in passport.

Hey guys just found this post and its seems like most of the early October fillers are receiving updates about their cases. I received my interview updates today via text and email :dance: , but i still haven't heard anything about my EAD, just like most of you here i'm unable to track my case on USCIS website, according to the estimated timeline i should be hearing something at least by December 17th, hoping for the best for all of us..

The case # starts with MSC. we live in Texas, but they didn't send it to Texas Center.

I haven't heard anything about EAD either. But they should arrive about the same time as the interview letter, if not sooner (?).
