I see in other posts that people mention it only taking 4 months to receive the green card - that won't be the case here. We are at 4 months already and not even an interview letter - don't know i am being so impatient

Just called USCIS, they told me they were just processing cased filed on June 2012 for the Kansas City office and could not give me any more information at this point. :( ..A few more months I guess. At least I know I won't hear from them probably until March..

It turns out USCIS representatives when you call just repeat what you can easily find by checking your case online or checking processing times for your field office. I saw today that the processing timeframe has been moved to July 28, 2012 as of October 30th, 2012 for Kansas City. I'm still trying to understand why if it's January 2013 and they just updated their info sometime in the last few days why they write October 30th as their update date.

I just got my interview notice yesterday for 2/12, and my biometrics was 10/12, and received my EAD on 11/24. :dance: I'm glad you finally heard something! I agree that it is very frustrating they way it works, but then again, no different than it has been from the very beginning.... I'm hoping we hear something soon
