3/23 Received the 48 month extension of my wife and daughter's green cards very quickly after sending in the i-751. Now waiting for biometrics and hoping no RFE (I don't think they will need anything else). Biometrics was waived - we received a letter that said they will use the prior biometric on file.
6/8 two days after my wife passed the N-400 interview, the i-751 was approved and her case was updated "Card Being Produced". There was no interview since she had passed the N-400. I was there in the waiting room when she had the N-400, but they did not request a combo interview. From what my wife said, I don't think the agent was aware that she had an i-751 case pending because he asked her if she had her green card. She had presented her restricted two year card when checking in. He gave her a paper that said she had passed all the tests, but no decision could be made "pending i-751 case" noted on the paper. |
