The only thing that was asked of me, was to verify my address and signature and a rundown of some of the questions at the back of the adjustment form. Asked to repeat key information such as names, DoBs, addresses, jobs etc. Then asked if I had bought anything to further support our application. I provided with joint insurance policies, latest tax returns, new job contracts, joint mortgages and photos etc and they took it in.
