You're making too big a deal of it, relax.  You didn't have an adjustment of status interview, she did.  You're only there to show your support.

If they're your biological children then you would be submitting the I-864W. I'm making the assumption that your wife and kids will be receiving IR1/IR2 type visas. Your children should become US citizens as soon as they are admitted to the United States. I'm guessing that you did not meet the residency requirement in order to file for CRBA's for the children. Some more details about your case would be helpful for myself and others to be able to give accurate and useful answers to your inquiries.

    Kitty,
When you arrive in Guam, your paths to the other gates with be blocked by the security guards. I live in Guam and pass through the airport every 2 or 3 months. The pathway to the immigration section is the only way that will be open for you. The paths to the other gates will be blocked off by the security guards. When you get to the immigration section, proceed to the shortest line or if there is an immigration officer directing traffic, ask him/her where to fall in line. When you get to the head of the line advise the officer that you've just arrived on a K-1 visa. Also inform them that you have a connecting flight to Hawaii and let them know the time of the flight, I'm certain they'll make sure you catch it on time. At least a few of them WILL know Tagalog, which may speed things up. They will process you through Guam as your POE and then direct you to your connecting gate. If you're unsure where to go, just ask. It is a very small airport and most of the people are very friendly.
    Good luck.

This is so WRONG. The form asks you to list ALL OF HER CHILDREN no matter if they're coming with or following behind her. Stop overthinking it and just do what the form/directions ask.

Of course you can. You'll just have to start all over again with a CR-1 spousal visa. Is there any particular reason why you would prefer to get married in July?

You're lawyer seems to be giving advice that is going to slow the process down. Try reading and following some of the guides in the VJ Wiki to speed things up a bit. http://www.visajourn...p/EZGuideSpouse You should have had the DS-230 pre-filled out and ready to go prior to completing the USCIS/NOA2 process. Get the fees paid and the visa app (DS-230) sent in ASAP. Hopefully the lawyer advised you of the documents that need to be submitted with the DS-230 and the documents the beneficiary should have on hand for the interview.

You will not be granted a K-1 visa if you are married at the time of the interview. If you get married after being granted the visa but prior to entering the US, then the K-1 (FIANCE) visa will be null and void because you're no longer a fiance. If you enter anyway without advising immigrations that you're already married, you'll have major issues once your try to adjust your status because they'll review your marriage certificate and see that you were married prior to entering the US. Which would mean that you entered under false pretenses.
Your finance and you should probably have researched the the requirements of the visa that you're petitioning for prior to making plans that can be affected by them.
You'll have to either postpone the wedding until you're in the US, or withdraw the I-129F and refile an I-130 and petition for a CR-1 spousal visa once you're married.

Should be 1 AOS fee and a separate IV fee for each.
Most of this link should apply to you even though your children are not stepchildren.

I kind of doubt that. Most of the lawyers we hear about on VJ, with a few exceptions, seem to be clueless putzes/scam artists. IMO.

Fill out 1 copy of of the current G325a for the petitioner and 1 for the beneficiary. They're 2 pages each. That's what you'll send in with your petition. See section 6a of the I-129F instructions. http://www.uscis.gov...i-129finstr.pdf

The girl you met in Vietnam is not a puppy. You cannot just "cancel everything" and send her back to the pet store because you don't want her anymore. It sounds to me like you want to just abandon her, is this the case? Yes, you legally married her and you will remain that way until you're legally divorced. This is a real person you're talking about, you brought her halfway around the world and married her...do you not feel any sense of obligation? How long were you married before you left her in a strange country to fend for herself?
I'm just not sure what the proper response is to this one...some "people" are just inconsiderate, self-centered....

No photos or evidence of what? If they had photos and evidenace and they somehow had gotten lost I may understand. But they don't exist and they have no evidence because they've never met. In order to accumulate evidence of a relationship, you have to actually be in a relationship.
He really needs to pay her a visit and make sure they have the relationship/chemistry you friend seems to think they have. Once he does that, they'll meet the letter of the law in having met in person within the past two years. Exactly what child support issues are preventing him from visiting her? It sounds more like a money issue. If he can't afford to buy a ticket to go visit her, then he probably won't be able to meet the financial support requirements either. Remember, any money that he's paying toward child support goes against his AoS either directly or as an additional dependent for each child he's supporting. They need to look at the reality of their situation and determine if what they want is even possible.

Make sure he knows what the visa requirements or VWP requirements are and that he doesn't overstay when he's there. It'd really stink if you both were banned from each others country.
    Good luck with your waiver.

George & Gina got a reaction from Krikit in Do I need to take some money with me when travelling on a CR-1 visa?
Just be sure you have enough to pay any exit fees at the airport you'll be flying out of. Having a few dollars for snacks, etc. during layovers and for possible emergencies is always a wise precaution also. BTW, if I remember right you can carry up to $10K without having to declare it with customs. Any amount you want is legal, just be prepared to answer for why you're traveling with that much cash.
That said, a few hundred dollars for the situations I outlined above should be more then adequate.

    Hi,
I'm not sure what's up with the large number of people on VJ who receive the very poor advice not to file their taxes. You'll almost always need to produce tax returns you're going through almost any type of immigration process. If you didn't earn enough income to be have to pay taxes, then you'd at least file to request a refund of the amount that your employer withheld from your pay. If you don't, then you're just throwing money away(literally). On another note, if you don't earn enough to pay taxes then your finances are probably nowhere near complicated enough to justify the expense of an "accountant".
    *RANT OFF*
You'll probably want to go back and file for the past two years just to get any refund due and to have it as a matter of public record for your immigration/citizenship proceedings.
