  1. Hello everyone, i need your help again and your expertise; i applied couple of years ago for my parents to come and live here since getting visit visa would be limited. my parents needed a sponsorship and my income was not enough and i have a good co-sponsor with enough income to complete support documents, everything was approved and they were scheduled for interview couple of days ago, everything went well but they asked for my co-signer latest tax transcript and i just got this, they also asked for I-864A because i married after applied for them, my wife doesn’t have green card, she had student visa and after applying her i130 and i485, the i130 got approved and she received employment authorization and we’re still waiting for her green card to be issued or interview to be scheduled. now my wife is worried that if she signs this i-864A that it would effect her pending case for green card and i just read online about the requirements to be a sponsor or household member sponsor that you need to have citizenship/permanent residence, she also doesn’t have a green card so we will have to send the employment authorization card as proof of residency. any way i can have her excused from doing this forum, waived or would you say its alright to sign this form and send it? note: the embassy counselor said to my parents you dont have to come back for another Interview, just upload these documents into the nvc portal and then mail that paperwork through the mailing company they deal with along with the passports and they would approve the their paperwork. Please let me know, thanks
