You are married so when you are ready, you need to file spouse not financee visa
and you can file jointly (depending on her income and whether is would hurt your tax obligations) by applying at tax time for her ITIN (form W7)
this helps to show comminging of finances
If married for over 2 years when she comes, her green card will be for 10 years and you do not have to do the expensive ($1070) Adjustment of status

Sorry but some countries have to show wet signature and i believe (correct me if wrong as i make mistakes) but Phillippines is one
a few weeks ago on here a person was given RFE for wet signature signing of promise to marry.

On the Federal level you may be opening a whole can of worms as to sue you will have to prove you married in good faith and not for a green card
if his lawyer is smart he will countersue and if he can prove you did this WOW
you really want the Feds looking at this???

Heck, i moved from my home state in the north away from all family and freinds and feel the same way
After the move my husband died suddently and i had no freinds here / to tell you the truth i am USC and didn't know how to make new friends so far from all i knew
that is how i ended up volunteering my services with handicapped adults in Morocco and first visited the country
it seemed easier to deal with people who knew nothing about me
every city in the US has groups (listed in the Sunday newspapers) that provide help for readjustment
you can find and join people in your area just like you who can help get you started

If you were doing CR 1 for spouse there would be 2 bills and 2 fees to pay
you do K1 as financee, there is no bill tilll you get to embassy
Lawyer is wrong / they just take money

One thing is if you marry the process is spouse visa I 130 application
and CR 1
not financee visa
and extreme hardship if you can qualify

This was not a denial / this was issued visa and revoked visa
i know she must wait
right now she is on pins and needles as we read the possible reasons and it is scary
hopefully they mix his name up with some undesireable

Our biggest frustration was with immigration so by the time he came, it has been quite easy
ss card in 2 weeks
10 year green card in one month
My son made sure he had car to drive and we got driving license within 2 months / had to buy glasses to get pass test
he went online immediately and had a job within 3 months and taking college classes in 4
so, he keeps busy
found the mosque and has made friends
you really need to find your place in house and in this country
don't be an outsider / even if you have to walk, learn the area / even if country, there are things to see and do
get online / talk to family and freinds back home so you are not homesick
spend quailiy time with your spouse / this is like a honeymoon time / don't fight
for God sake LOVE each other

you can't "just live with a man" in Morrocc
sex without marriage sends a man to Jail in that country
she really needs to know this culture
moroccan men do not marry a widow of divorced woman from their county
