    Yes we did, by the grace of God. My wonderful Fiancee had to fight for it though. If nothing else, please get Octav to call and put in a service request...... We ended up putting in a service request, contacting Senator and congressman to follow up on our case, e-mailed VSC, USCIS Headquarters and even the Ombudsman. I hope yours comes soon, but please be pro-active about reaching your goal.
