    Yes, well, our NOA1 is here. Actually, it's dated Sept. 10, 2010. And what we were waiting for was the damn hard copy. :)) So, we already got our NOA1 Sept. 10 right when the check was cashed. Proceeding to the next step: Waiting impatiently for approval.

      I'm the beneficiary, my wife is the USC but also a Romanian citizen :) She just become USC in June this year.

      Logodnicul meu a devenit USC in August, tot anul acesta. :) E fain, atunci putem sa vorbim in romana. Eu abia astept sa se incheie procesul, suntem impreuna din iunie 2007 si logoditi in Martie 2010, exact de la ziua mea. Dar ne stim de 4 ani, din 2006... Am suportat atata timp distanta si nu-mi vine sa cred ca acum suntem aproape gata, cu fiecare zi care trece.
