I know you missed it the first time so I'll simplify it so you can understand. The article argues that 71% of police shootings were done by whites. Whites are more than 71% of the overall population. Therefore shootings by non whites are disproportionately more than shootings by whites when looking at their percentage of the population. Was that simple enough for you to understand or do I need to simplify it more?

I always think when I see these cases that USCIS is missing a trick, offer a premium product that includes deportation of the beneficiary if it does not work out.
