  1. My mother-in-law stopped in for a visit. “Staying long?” I asked. “Just until I start getting on your nerves,” she replied. “Oh, so you won’t even stay for tea?” I haven’t spoken to my mother-in-law in six months… I don’t like to interrupt her. A guy is driving along and sees his mother-in-law being attacked by seven blokes. “Aren’t you going to help?!” asked his wife. “No,” said the man, “seven should be enough.”
  2. You can have too much of a good thing.
  3. I wonder who she is voting for? “I don’t stand for Zionism in Montclair!” she says proudly — while holding up a fistful of ripped-down Greek flags. Two staff members eventually come out, looking confused and embarrassed for the dimwitted hater — until one gently points out that these white-and-blue flags are for Greece. “What? Really? Oh I thought it was Israel — my bad,” she says.
  4. Sorry 9C is a lifetime bar waiverable after 10 years, does not seem to apply. My only thought otherwise if he was considered Deported and would need a I 212. I have seen similar cases, usually it is more obvious what happened, but not sure there is much you can do to clarify matters before the interview.
  5. Is this also the Philippines? If you marry you will file the I 130 not the I 129f Yes we have seen similar situations, I remember one who disappeared at the airport. And yes we have had members who have filed multiple times. Successfully.
  6. Does not sound like 9C. Maybe if any misrepresentation was involved. What happened after the second entry.
  7. https://www.flightsfrom.com/IST This seems fairly comprehensive. I have been to Turkey a few times and would recommend it.
  8. As far as I can tell filling a K3 does no harm. I assume the Beneficiary is fully up to date with the proceedings.
  9. Thanks. I was trying to remember the benefit of going the abuse route, I know there was one, and yes it is the 3 year naturalising. I assume this is important to you. I assume you also filed the N400 to get the I 751 moving.
  10. As a general comment those with HP are certainly eligible for Medicaid, I have seen people post who got it for that very purpose, not Ukranians but all the same. And I also know that there are other benefits they are eligible for but have not gone in to details. The EAD is odd, the way I read it it is free if you apply within certain dates and not otherwise but for the life of me can't think why. They say what happens before 30 September but not after.
  11. There is nothing USCIS or the US Government could do to get your spouse out of Russia. It seems from other posts I have read they have not locked down transport out of Russia.
  12. This sounds more like a Family issue rather than a US thing and yes of course it happens and I have certainly come across numerous cases on here over the years.
  13. Certainly my local office could process thousands. I wonder if this just for Ukrainians or all HPs?
  14. There is nothing currently to expedite.
  15. I have never really noticed anything, well thinking back maybe once many years ago. Where are you moving to?
  16. HP is specific to certain countries now others can apply but this is a very very long shot
  17. https://et.usembassy.gov/visas/nonimmigrant-visas/
  18. OK so Lebanon is cheaper than Turkey and both are significantly cheaper than the US. So what is the plan?
