  4. Much easier and more certain to use income.
  5. In my State I was able to get a DL, same requirements, once I had been issued EAD.
  6. Sort of assumed they are both from DR
  7. This seems an odd question as there are specialist Lawyers who focus on the Entertainment Industry and handle these by the bucket load. I would think Agents/Management Teams would be well aware of them and who to use.
  8. There is never an official reason, and time lines vary, I have seen quite a few people use Henya who are not Kenyans so maybe that is hurting the processing times.
  9. Generally the VWP only allows you to volunteer for positions where no one would ever be paid, unclear if this is the case. Think Soup Kitchen
  10. I have never heard of them using such a service, are you sure it was USCIS?
  11. Interesting, I have never heard of that site and never heard of USCIS etc using such a site.

  13. The ones I have come across before have been handled by the Management Company/ Immigration Lawyers. I have no idea what the 40 hours refers to or why it is any way relevant. Not sure sure there is a definition of full time and if there is it would not be 40.
  14. I looked up Kam some years ago, she was brought up in Canada by her Tamil mother. Her Father is what the Jamaicans call a Brownie, mixed race, I would guess she is about 10% Black.
  15. Another vote for 5 years.
  16. Presumably as she is thinking of the I 864? which does not say that but has been used in Divorce settlements, obviously very much depends on the circumstances. Divorce in DR, legal there legal in the US.
  17. Where I come from a Religious Marriage can also be a legal marriage, I understand in Pakistan that is not the case. There is nowhere in the process it asks about current and former Girlfriends.
  18. Not much an Immigration Lawyer can do, certainly now, maybe if he raises the I 864 in Divorce proceedings, possible but unlikely,
