    The visa decision follows the interview so she is unlikely to be required to attend a second interview.

    I can guess the overall situation if not the specifics. Presumably your Lawyer did a FOIA, background check before approving going to the Consulate interview. There is no set time, depends ver much on what they are reviewing.
