  1. Maybe the US Consulate could help them?
  2. I sort of assumed the liabilities would exceed the assets.
  3. You think I do not know that? What has this to do with my post you quoted?
  4. It is going to be interesting, the Cons were in such a state I would think it will take them a long time to get their act together and have no leadership of consequence. Labour are going full fascist, dissent is certainly not allowed, where they go next well who knows. To quote a Civil War saying a pox on both their parties. Yep Kier has a mandate, he got 34% of the vote.
  5. If you want visit the US you apply for a B Visa, go to the interview and find out. No one here has a say in that.
  6. Are you also of Pakistan heritage? Is he older then you. Pretty much all cases go through AP which is usually not quick by varies.
  7. The 90 days is a not a try it and see period.
  8. That would be for an overstay beyond 1 year, there was a 5 year ban for the deportation and as I did not get an answer I assumed other issues. I find the UK situation particularly interesting, probably not relevant for a Tourist Visa
  9. Well a waiver would be needed if recommended and they are neither quick or a given.

  11. It may be better to apply for a B in your Home Country once you have re established yourself, it may be difficult for the London Consulate to asses the situation of someone in the UK on a temp work visa.
  12. Might want to stay longer and get her citizenship
  13. Tell the interviewer at the Consulate.
  14. If you want an independent view this is interesting, should hit a million soon. Also a few mention of other Starmageddon issues.
  15. Well it is up to her, she would need to file the I 130, complete the I 864 and potentially a few other things. A the potential beneficiary not a lot for you to do for some time. I assume she will need legal help.
  16. If I was looking at travelling half way around the world to go to Uni I would be looking at somewhere with some standing.
  17. So you got your UK work visa independent of the Indian lady You said you divorce the Indian lady, was that in India?
  18. You got a job and later UK citizenship through your Indian Girlfriend? Now I am no expert on UK Immigration but know the basics and do not understand how that could happen. From the US perspective I can see them being confused as to how you got UK Citizenship. When was the last time you spent quality time with your US wife? Obviously your US Deportation, why and how will be important.
  19. On what basis did you and your Indian Girlfriend move to the UK? I suppose you could apply for a B, if otherwise approvable there is a potential waiver. You say you were deported, why, overstays are forgiven when adjusting through marriage to a USC so presume something else. I suppose theoretically your American wife could sponsor you again by filing an I 130. Quite how you would show a legitimate relationship is another issue.
  20. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/700143 Call a General Election I would like there to be another General Election. I believe the current Labour Government have gone back on the promises they laid out in the lead up to the last election. Sign this petition 544,099 signatures
