  1. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-october-2024.html Here is the latest Bulletin, it does not progress month for month. Yes your Father can file for them under F3 and see what comes first, where was your Brother born?
  2. These seem to be Mean Tested benefits so with you in the picture as a Spouse they will need to be assessed and presumably many will go away.
  3. The Baby Mama is back home Is she OK with this Have you had a DNA test done Is your spouse OK with petitioning the child?
  4. Appoint a local lawyer
  5. Misrep can always be an issue.
  6. I can guess the overall situation if not the specifics. Presumably your Lawyer did a FOIA, background check before approving going to the Consulate interview. There is no set time, depends ver much on what they are reviewing.
  7. If he adjusted there would be no need to go to Brazil
  8. SafetyWing (Managing General Agent), Ltd, a Turks and Caicos registered managing general agent, is the plan administrator for certain insurance products underwritten and offered by SafetyWing Insurance I.I., a Class 3 and Class 5 Puerto Rico domiciled international insurer. No end of the big names who do Travel Insurance.

  10. Has she looked into Travel Insurance, can get tricky for old people. Will someone be escorting her, I know some Airlines have services to help.
  11. With an AWA issue would it not make more sense to look closer to home?
  12. You only have to file one I 130. What were 3 filed. With your criminal history, deportation this was never DIY. Your father filed the I 601, presumably the lawyer addressed all the issues not just drugs.
  13. As an observation if you have been refused getting approved a second etc time is much harder.
  14. A second interview would have strongly suggested to me the need for a Lawyer. You make it sound like you do not have one, well not one that attended the interview with you.
  15. EB 1 is an Immigrant Visa variant, it just denoted how you got an Immigrant Visa as opposed to Marriage, DV etc. OP entered on an Immigrant Visa. The rest to me is a mystery.
  16. To be fair it is not just the US, there are plenty of Historical examples, anyway a very lengthy discussion but I like this as it sums things up so well.
