  1. Paying for someone's education in the US suggests they must be pretty wealthy, we all know it is not cheap. The Singapore guy, well it is 90 days and not $500, but please let us know how it goes when he try to reset his passport.
  2. Is this a new job or are you moving with your existing work?
  3. Obviously there are many reasons Kaam is unelectable but here is 19 seconds that absolutely kills it.
  4. A Visa os something you get outside the country to seek entry. She is here on the Visa Waiver Program.
  5. Just visiting Grandma is unlikely to be an issue.
  6. She is here on the VWP. No visa. ESTA gets you on the plane and allows you to seek entry. When adjusting from the VWP it is perhaps more important to file within the 90 days. I have a preference for adjusting assuming all others things are equal but obviously do not know your details.
  7. Sounds like there are at least 4 of you, the plan os for them to come at the same time.
  8. To work as a Nurse you still need work authorisation like anyone else would to work.
  9. I do not do Facebook but perhaps they are asked about them a lot. Not expedited but generally F visa appointments are quick to get. You do not petition Student visas, presumably they are wealthy and provided financial support.
  10. My impression is that Denver is a total mess, Aurora is wanting to do something about it. Well from people who actually live there. Now the proximate cause of the issue is obvious.
  11. It very much depends on the individual situation. I tend to view it as a way of getting them to do their job, get their attention. Now if it is something they are dealing with and not sitting on the back burner somewhere then it is not going to work.
  12. To be fair your situation is extremely unusual. I would re read the N400 requirements and see if you can make something work for you.
  13. At least 90 days just to file. I could think of lots of issues so I linked the N400 requirements. I am assuming you do have a job in the US or anywhere to live?
  14. I would not worry about losing your Residency, we have seen people gone for years without having an issue on re entry. Meeting the requirements to apply for Citizenship is another issue and that would entail quite a few things that may not be practical in your circumstances. https://www.uscis.gov/n-400
  15. Begs the question how you file on line something not set up to do so.
  16. For some reason the Dems require ID to get into their events:
  17. When I started the process I got 6 long form BCs, they were not new, well new to me, not a late registration. I forget how it goes now, did you submit a short form previously?
  18. Yes And of course consult with a Lawyer before you do.
  19. If someone enters without inspection and marry a USC there are 2 main options DACA and AP I 601a Also if the USC is in the Military Parole in Place. If all they have is unauthorized presence then a well prepared waiver for I 601a would normally be approved. I am sure the regime did not expect this to actually go through but were looking to expand PiP to include everyone not just Military. It was an election ploy after all otherwise you would have done this years ago.
  20. How did the Mother immigrate? Why did she not bring the child. Who has custody?
