It is fraud if they enter the US with a tourist visa or VWP with the intent to marry, stay and adjust status. It is not fraud to enter the US using either of those 2 ways if they had no intention of getting married when they entered. It is okay. That was the point that was being made to you. What she did was not illegal nor did she use a loophole she shouldn't have. When she came to the US to visit, she stated she had no intention of staying, but then ended up getting married and staying. No fraud there.
Do people sometimes lie about having no intent? Of course they do. People also lie to get fiance(e) and spousal visas. That does not mean no one should be allowed those visas because some people commit fraud to get through the system. It also does not mean what the OP did was fraud or 'not ok' because some people abuse the laws and lie about their true intentions for entering the US. The OP is not here to be judged by the illegal actions of others that came before her.

There is nothing illegal in what the OP has done. If there was, there wouldn't be a process for it.
That having been said..... and this is a general announcement to everyone..... please do not pass judgement in this thread or your posts will be removed and you will be thread-banned. Just respond to the questions and do not try to derail the topic. Thank you.

I do not know what you meant by 'file ahead of time', but someone who enters with a K-1 is certainly eligible to apply for their SNN. They are usually advised to wait at least 10 days after entry to make sure their name is in the database. http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn
Since we are here to be helpful and trying to give people the most accurate answers, I will paraphrase something important I was told before: If you are not confident you understand the question and know the correct answer, it is best for you not to answer and let others that are confident of the answer respond to the question instead. It will avoid confusion and misinformation being given out.

It's highly unprofessional. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that if during an interview I asked a female prospective employee if she has had sex/got pregnant out of wedlock I would be fired. In fact, I wouldn't even want to work for an employer that wouldn't fire an employee for asking that question. Before I am allowed to interview anyone I'm supposed to review some document with a list of questions and question-types that I absolutely must not ask. Most of the questions listed by the OP would fall into those categories. I'm positive I'm not alone.

Yeah, the whole thing is so laughable. North Korea can't even feed itself. I doubt they could manage to put together a vessel that was even sea-worthy enough to make the journey across the Pacific. Anyone who thinks that there is a chance that they could actually so dominate this country as to get us all speaking Korean has to have his head checked. Even if the US had no military at all, there's no way they could pull it off. Before they try to govern someone else's country, they should try figuring out how to govern their own.

Don't listen to these guys, OP. There's an even faster way to get citizenship.
Step 1: Become a lawful permanent resident
Step 2: Join a branch of the United States military and be sent to an area where hostilities are being conducted
Step 3: Get yourself killed in said hostilities
Step 4: Have some surviving family member fill out Application for N-644, Application for Posthumous Citizenship
    Step 5: Profit!
