  1. Greetings! Last month we sent documents from Michigan to Cebu, $240.00 via FedEx for five days, make sure to choose the one with the date of the expected arrival as they will ask you to choose, the second one is that they do not know the specific arrival date and I guess the difference was only $20,00, So we choose the first one, it was a little heavier because aside form affidavit it has all the other financial documents good for two people. It arrived on the date it says and instead of under 4 pm it came at 11: am. So I was happy with it. With LBC i have not tried that at all. And this my second time using FedEx.
  2. Congratulations! aside from those questions, please make sure to have him know your Senator, State representative, Governor and lets just add your mayor as well. Goodluck!
  3. Hello, I think she probably just have a sputum test for three days, but even if the result is s negative, the collected sputum will still be cultured. This is just my understanding. Once cleared they may now proceed to vaccination to complete the medical. If the NVC scheduled the medical when you are hit with this test then all you do is inform the embassy that you're okay with the medical then they reschedule your interview, however, if you are the one scheduling for the interview like many expedited applicants then you are to reschedule your interview. It's bad because it all would depend on if there are slots available. I just wish US Embassy will secure a slot for those who are undergoing medical set back like sputum testing to avoid redoing medical. Unless you have to undergo the six months treatment then there is nothing that you can do but redo your medical. Nilaga, please check every two hours online for possible availability not just every day. And i am also hoping that by now you already sent a message to the embassy using the embassy's inquiry page.
  4. HI! While thinking about my brothers interview yesterday, of why a consul will ask for something that it can never found in the documents, perhaps she is probably thinking that my mother is already a US citizen and that my brother retained his F2B status, but this is not the case. It is just unfair that all the documents a=were complete and the consul still is looking for something that is not even applicable to the case. So, responded with a letter o explanation that petitioner is still a legal permanent resident and attaching it with a copy of the petitioner's green card copy. It frustrating because even this document was uploaded and physically was brought during interview. I hope that they will correct this and released the visa.
  5. When the embassy will have your case, you can contact them and ask to reopen CEAC then you can update anything that you needed. Just make sure to sign and submit and have a new DS260 confirmation page.
  6. Oh, how I wish that I can upload the letterer, I tried to make it smaller, but it is still more than the capacity allowed. Maybe i ll break it into two.
  7. Hello Boiler, my mom petitioned my siblings, and they are under F2B category.
  8. Anyone have thoughts on this, is very appreciated. Thanks! In the letter attached (221 letter), it mentions to do the following. 1. Plese scan all the documents marked with an asterisk into the appropriate category level through CEAC and submit original documents, but there is nothing under with an asterisk? 2. Please submit all the documents marked below and your passport. so, I am assuming the one with a checked mark which is a proof petitioner's naturalization (naturalization certificate or US passport copy, but how can we do that when the petitioner is green card holder, that is why this petition is F2B? Anyone, have thoughts about this, do you think a consul can make a mistake? Am I just going to just submit a letter explaining that the petitioner is not a Us citizen and attached a copy of her green card? or perhaps attached also a copy of the joint sponsor's proof of citizenship if they made a mistake? What is frustrating is that all of these updated documents are uploaded and submitted per instructions, and although it is not under the joint sponsors name because they never added the joint sponsors name even ifi requested four times. Anyone? It is confusing.
  9. It is very frustrating that the missing document that they asked is a proof of the petitioner's citizenship when the visa category is F2B (son /daughter of a legal permanent resident over 21 years old) which simply means that the petitioner is not a US citizen. Her green card copy was uploaded on CEAC and even was carried physically. Any thoughts on this?
  10. Hello! reference: Form I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA (uscis.gov) Here is a link for AOS instructions, At the last page of this instructions, page 17, you can find what you are looking for. Best of Luck, NG "For U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals, a copy of your birth certificate, passport, or certificate of naturalization or citizenship."

  14. Jake, Just do your best, in this question I am not sure in Manila. but two weeks ago, when my brother and niece were queueing at PSA it was announced that CENOMAR will be released in two days but surprisingly it was released right away, then the week after, my other brother went to get his, it was released the following day, so please go their early then maybe talk to the supervisor with the urgency and perhaps bring your appointment letter as proof. at least you try.
  15. Hello Jake! I think so, as I read from previous that some were just asked to go out and look for a computer to upload it and some even were simply asked to request via PSA that will be sent directly to the embassy. (not seen the procedure of how this is done) Just make sure to bring updated documents if in in case you could not upload it. note: Upload it as it only takes seconds rather than waiting for 30 to 60 days administrative processing.
  16. Jake, Please plan to renew prior to your interview and also upload it on CEAC. Ty, BG As for my siblings. They have the following updated CENOMAR, NBI, 2X2 PHOTOS ALL ARE UPLOADED ON CEAC. GOODLUCK! NG note: and yes Sept 27, 2022, is the date that it was issued.
  17. If you made that mistake by missing it, you simply correct it. When the case is at the embassy, at the CEAC summary page there is a note that if you need to update information you can email the embassy to let them know asap and they will open the CEAC back for you to update any information that you needed to update then you hit submit. just make sure to print again the DS-260 confirmation page.
  18. What about your accounting license?
  19. Thank you. Chancy. It was a little bit frustrating especially because the replies are not the one, we wanted, and we simply wanted to follow to upload it under the joint sponsor's name. And yes, on the summary page of CEAC it mentioned clearly that if a financial sponsor is needed, we needed to contact the embassy right away as the case is already at the embassy and the simple button is disabled. I will email one more time and request to add the joint sponsor's name and I am hoping that they will do it. otherwise, I have no other choice but to add all new affidavit of support and the rest of financial documents under the additional document section. Just like what you mention. It is just very hard for them to go out scan and upload outside the embassy. Thanks!
  20. Greetings! I need some help and clarification with this matter. In 2021, all documents were submitted and were documentarily qualified, but due to pandemic no interview occurred. This time with the expedited trend going on, they are ready for the final action with this case. Meaning ready for interview. And because the petitioner’s affidavit of support I-864 that was submitted back in 2021 has a lot of changes that you could not change or correct important information and the changes that needed to be corrected absolutely impacts this case as the petitioner is retired, the address change, his spouse passed away (so minus one for the household total number) as well the income. So, the petitioner prepared a completed and signed a new affidavit of support I-864, along with its latest tax transcripts. Also have a joint sponsor completed and signed an affidavit of support along with all necessary financial documents. Contacted US Embassy mentioned the above, they reply “if you needed to upload new documents just log in to CEAC”, I got that part with the civil documents that needed to be updated. But what we were asking is for them is to add a joint sponsor’s name so we can start uploading all the necessary documents under this joint sponsor’s name, otherwise we have no other choice but to upload it under the petitioner’s name specifically under other documents. The petitioner wrote again as the interview will be very soon and wanted to be proactive especially knowing that she needed the above due to the changes since 2021, but the reply is something like it is up to the consul who would adjudicate case to see if she needed a new document. And knowing the hassle of gathering all these documents and reading a lot of cases that they were asked to go out of the embassy and have them scan and download the documents is another hassle. We wanted to avoid this. What would we do? Do you think that it is okay to just simply upload all the above documents to CEAC under other petitioner’s document column? What are your thoughts? Thank you kindly, NG
  21. Hello Jason and May. CEAC: (SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS-----ACCEPTANCE------COMPLETENESS------DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED). NOTE: JUST MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT YOU SUBMITTED MUST BE WITH YOUR WIFE DURING HER INTERVIEW TAKING NOTE OF THE EXPIRATION DATES. YOU ARE ALMOMST THERE! BEST OF LUCK!
  22. Somone should correct me with this. I heard that even if you have no income, you still have to fill and sign I-864A as a household member.
