  1. When Jaycel went to her CFO in Cebu, they only needed her passport and her Philippine Driver License. I don't know how strict Manila is. I believe @maryaaaa did her CFO in Manila, maybe she could comment.
  2. Notify the Customs & Border Protection Officer that does your inspection at your Port of Entry when you enter the US with the visa what the new address is. This will not be a problem
  3. Current income is king which is proved through paystubs, employment verification letter. That is the number you put for Part 6. Item 7. "My current individual annual income is:". The line item you input for Part 6. Items 16.a. -16.c. is the "Total Income" line from the Tax Return Transcript. Your current income and most recent tax year's "Total Income" will be evaluated to determine eligibility.
  4. When you registered with the FBI and paid the $18 fee, there should have been an option to register your request with the post office. If you didn't do this, go to https://ips.usps.com/IdentityCapture/ and register with your EDO receipt number you got from the FBI
  5. Today's stats: April 7, 2025 21:05 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 805 (+36) • Denied: 151 • FingerprintScheduled: 207 • InterviewCancelled: 109 • InterviewScheduled: 4,447 (+115) • Processing: 34,884 • Received: 690 • Rejected: 106 • RFE: 672 • Terminated: 116 • Withdrawal: 5 • Others: 72
  6. This would be a huge problem if it were the case. Especially now as USCIS, under their extreme vetting policy, are looking at the intent and declarations of AOS applicants when they arrived on nonimmigrant visas or ESTA programs.
  7. That’s awesome @maryaaaa!! All the Philippines stuff done!! 😁
  8. Today's stats: April 6, 2025 18:55 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 769 (+42) • Denied: 148 • FingerprintScheduled: 210 • InterviewCancelled: 108 • InterviewScheduled: 4,332 (+119) • Processing: 35,018 • Received: 690 • Rejected: 105 • RFE: 691 • Terminated: 116 • Withdrawal: 4 • Others: 73
  9. This is not unusual... USCIS doesn't upload everything to the documents tab
  10. If available yes. If they're not available there, something from the district attorney's office detailing the disposition of your charge.
  11. Yes you will need to provide any official documents concerning the case including the withdrawal of the charges. Certified copies of these documents are acceptable
  12. Today's stats: April 5, 2025 19:25 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 727 (+57) • Denied: 147 • FingerprintScheduled: 211 • InterviewCancelled: 106 • InterviewScheduled: 4,213 (+165) • Processing: 35,156 • Received: 693 • Rejected: 104 • RFE: 712 • Terminated: 117 • Withdrawal: 4 • Others: 74
  13. Can you post all pages of the RFE here (with any personal information, receipt numbers, A-Number, etc. redacted) so we can see what USCIS is asking for?
  14. so if you have no income there is nothing to exclude… the total income on the transcript will only reflect his income
  15. The joint filing was adding you… the only time USCIS wants a W-2 with a tax return transcript is if married filing jointly and he is excluding the joint filer’s income in his petition
  16. The instructions for the I-864 specifically state to NOT include the W-2 if you are submitting the Tax Return Transcript This is correct... You only need to include the most recent tax year's Tax Return Transcript - No W-2 if you do this. The Paystubs and employment letter are excactly what you need to include to prove current income

  18. You can inquire about the missing NOA1 at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/ndn It does say to wait for 60 days before inquiry though: NOTE: Please do not submit an inquiry on a recently filed application or petition until after at least 60 days.
  19. The visa will be issued with an expiration date 6 months from the date you completed your medical exam
  20. I feel you... ours took 265 days. So happy they finally are getting these done! All of these delays will fade into background noise once you and your fiancée are reunited. Jaycel and I now view it as a journey we made together and it actually brought us closer
