Ok so July 29th was about a week ago. Not surprised that NVC doesn't actually have it yet. In about another 2 weeks, use the public inquiry form for NVC to ask for your case number. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html Ust the "Attach File" part of the inquiry to attach a scan of your NOA2. In the inquiry, ask for your case number. Also very important, in your inquiry, ask them to update yours and your fiancée's email addresses and give them the addresses. Don't worry about the NOA 2 expiring. The consular officer at the interview, if they are going to approve the visa will automatically extend the validity of the NOA2. You cannot have them extend it prior to the interview iat the Manila embassy. If your fiancée goes to the interview after the expiry date of the NOA2, make sure she brings updated letters of intent to marry, from you and her, with her.

What does the status of your case say when you put your case number into egov.uscis.gov ?

Also I highly recommend about a week before your interview, you upload any new marital evidence to your I-485 documents section under "Unsolicited Evidence". Our officer thanked us twice during the interview for doing that as it allowed her to take a look at our case and all the evidence beforehand and made her job easier (i.e.; she didn't have to scan in all of our new evidence). Here's a review of how our interview went (I know you'll obviously have a different field office but it will at least give you some outline of how they go ): -

@Rachel n Tyler I would do this, I would tell the officer that you got keys to the new place on the 1st and you have until the 12th to move out of the old place and you are in the middle of getting everything out of the old place and into the new place but you didn't want to change the address officially until you were completely out of the old place since the interview was coming in the middle of it all and ask them what you should do. Since your interview will still be within the 10 day grace period, you won't be violating any procedures and putting it into the officer's hands will allow them to handle it the way they think best. I would bet that the officer will just offer to update the address for you in their system. If not you can update it yourself online after the interview. -
Thank you so much!! ♥️ Yours will be great too!

This is from the USCIS website: If you are a alien in the United States, you must report any change of address to USCIS within 10 days of moving. -

Great news!! You guys are gonna do great! Jaycel and I did ours like 3 weeks ago and it was not bad at all -
I've noticed a pattern with I-864 RFEs - They put all the boilerplate language first and then at the end they bullet point what was deficient (I have looked at a lot of these recently here and on other forums). The screen grab below is the key takeaway from the RFE and why they sent it. They were not happy with you submitting the Wage and Income Transcript as they only accept the Tax Return Transcript. Submitting the correct transcript should satisfy them, however as @Crazy Cat mentioned above, you only get one chance at resolving an RFE and if you have a well-qualified joint sponsor that is willing to do it, it makes sense to include a completed I-864 from them just as an insurance policy.

SO clicking on that link.... The first paragraph has this: New rules mandate in-person interviews for all applicants, regardless of documentation, and these interviews are now longer and more detailed, probing personal aspects of the relationship. Couples face increased documentation requirements, needing extensive proof like joint bank statements and travel histories. So, "extensive proof like joint bank statements and travel histories" - This has always been the preferred proof of marital evidence. And during the time of the interview waivers, the way you got a waiver was to submit strong evidence like this. This is just USCIS reiterating what is needed for proof of marital bona fides. I don't understand why this article is making this out to be such a huge deal. Ugh... this is clickbait at its best

No, you have to send an email to oca.crd-us@dfa.gov.ph and request the transmittal details and attach a scanned copy of your approved ROM. Below is how we worded the email to them: Good day Americas Desk! We filed and received back our Report of Marriage to the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco, California in December 2024. We would like to request if the transmittal details of our ROM are available yet? We have attached a copy of our approved ROM to this email for your review. Please let us know if you need any further information to honor this request. Respectfully, Edward [Last Name] Jaycel [Last Name] (formerly Jaycel [Maiden Name]) 123 Any Street Anywhere, CO 12345 +1(999) 999-5499

This was after our USCIS interview for Adjustment of Status from inside the US so I don't think it will correlate to your process but we had the interview July 23rd, Approval Showed in the portal on July 24th, Status changed to "Card Produced" on July 29th and we received it on Aug. 1st in our mailbox
-
Agree with this... Jaycel's EAD status never showed a tracking number until the case status updated to "Card Was Delivered To Me By the Post Office" and that update didn't come until about 2-3 weeks after we received it. Her Green Card was delivered on Friday, Aug 1st and the status still says, "Card Was Produced" and the tracking number is "UNAVAILABLE" In both instances we had the notification from Informed Delivery the day it changed to Card Produced though and were able to track it

CEAC Status: Approved - What is the "final screening step" ?
Edward and Jaycel replied to Scorpio82's topic in Philippines
You have to wait until you have the passport back with the visa because you need the visa number to register. Use the link that @Dan_Nelvin posted above. -
Questions regarding name change
Edward and Jaycel replied to Turquoise's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
For what purpose? Jaycel never needed her CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from the Philippines for any reason here in the US -
CEAC Status: Approved - What is the "final screening step" ?
Edward and Jaycel replied to Scorpio82's topic in Philippines
This is 100% standard... Our case there in Manila went through the same step. You don't need to do anything as this is basically boilerplate language that they put for that status to cover themselves if a QA review of the case finds something that they need is missing. Your case should change to "Issued" within a few days (that's been the norm lately). Keep us advised of your status! -
Thank you! I really do believe this is the most difficult step and we're so happy to have it behind us

I will second this... (or third this? ) This has got us to where we are now (Jaycel just getting her Conditional Green Card on a relatively quick timeline) and it was specifically mentioned by our Consular Officer at the embassy and our interviewing officer at USCIS that they appreciated our honesty about my brush with the law that I had 30 years ago. I can't speak to other's experiences but the people we encountered along the way in positions to make a decision on our cases were very human, were genuinely interested in our story and were very understanding of being fallible and making mistakes (and wanting to hear the circumstances around those mistakes so they could understand and adjudicate properly). Please stay here with the community and let us know how your journey progresses!
