  1. I plan on it! Thanks to everyone! Regards Sparks
  2. So this is a change recently? I'm seeing a lot of 15 and older and 16 only?
  3. Thank you so much for the reply. Ok I understand the NBI. She has both a NBI and a local police report. So sorry, you said even the babys go? But you said only 16 an older on the interview date. Just so my thick head understands, all children have to go to the interview, yes or no. Sorry. Regards Sparks
  4. Maybe a little off topic but related to the K2 interview. I understand that the 15 year old does not need the Police clearance. We saw somewhere that a NBI was required. There is so much information that it is mind boggling sometimes to find it. Then to be sure what you read is accurate too is the next challange, So questios: NBI or not. What age does the child need to be to have to go to the interview? The younger ones are not required for sure?? Did that change recently? I wish there was a way to call and ask without spending bucks on hold from USA to the 632 number in Manila. Regards Erlie and Sparks
  5. Thank you so much. I wasn't sure if he needed a police report. NBI also?? The real concern was about setting up the appointment before sending in their DS160. So I will do a new DS160 to reflect travel with 3 kids and create a ds160 for each of them. I will take the original ds160 for Erlie and take the updated DS160 as well. The guard will accept that for entry to the embassy I was told. The Bio metrics will just need ds160 confirmation for all and the normal stuff, passport and her appointment notice I believe. Regards Sparks
  6. We are applying for K1 Visa in Manila. We already filed the DS-160 for Erlinda and she has already completed the medical. We also already have a bio-metric appointment and embassy appointment. We have not yet filed the DS160s for the three children. We are aware that each child has to have a DS160 as well as the physical and bio-metrics. We have many questions best answered by someone that experienced the solutions. The kids all need individual Visas I think. 1. Can we just take the DS-160 confirmation page for each child along to the Bio-metrics. Certainly they don't each need individual appointments for that. I'm sure they need biometrics? Ages, 16, 11, and 10. 2. Can we go set up SLEC appointment for the kids using Erlinda's confirmation and DS-160 and appointment letter from the embassy? 3. I believe that we put one on the DS-160 application for Erlinda thinking one on each of the kids DS-160s too. Does that need to be refiled to correct that or is it correct? 4. Does Zeijan the 16 year old need a NBI or Police clearance? We considered just her and I flying to USA and then doing the kids paperwork after. Does that mean we would have to have a I-129 for each and start all over with the wait for them? Best to get it now with her Visa but what if... I know they could travel after (I think within 4 months?) Regards Sparks and Erlie
  7. I have followed the link from the letter. It says to create an account. Starting with ustraveldics.com/phone/en/payment -options This is the information from the Embassy letter. I went and created a account and log in ok. When I go to payment, it needs me to select the type of Visa to get the form that needs to go with me to the RCBC bank. K1 Visa is not listed. We have already submitted the DS-160 and need to pay ASAP to continue on and do the physical, Biometrics , and schedule interview. I guess I wait until Monday and call the customer support number at NVC
  8. That is what I was told. So when I go to pay, it asks for the case number and the invoice number. That location can not be left blank. So I can't pay.
  9. We have decided to continue and just filed the DS-160 after Manila Embassy finally received from NVC and sent the welcome letter.
  10. We have received Our NOA1 and NOA2. The embassy has received the approval from NVC and already sent the instruction letter. We just completed the DS-160. Now at the payment page and it is asking for a "invoice number". No where do I see a invoice number. Where do I get this number?
  11. My Filipino friend is applying for her B2 Visa. We have a motorhome and are currently in Texas. One of the bucket list travel plans is for her to visit Mexico while we are here in Texas. What was required for your entry into Mexico ? Visa required? Thanks
  12. Sadly there is a change of plans and we no longer intend to marry. We ended our relationship. How can I change my profile information and also change my interest here. I am now interested in a B2 visa for a Philippine friend. Regards Sparks
  13. Is there somewhere here on this website that shows the current NVC processing status updated regularly? Does our timeline automatically provide estimates as it did for the USCIS?
