  1. As I said we tried every hospital in my country. I have 10 chronic illnesses, I'm high risk and every doctor denies me treatment because legally I they can not use the IV medication I need. Please do not suggest me to go to another country. That's not an option for us. Hope you understand
  2. It is VERY TRUE. Your reply is not contructive but only make assumptions. Check how bad the medical system is in Argentina. I alredy tried EVERY HOSPITAL. We can not travel the whole world out there. My husband is an average American with a decent job but not wealthy. I can't believe you argue about this. So yes my dental treatment can be only done in the U.S. we already investigated and surgeons were OK with me having 10 chronic illnesses and being very high risk. I literally got rejected in EVERY Argentine hospital and dentist office because they can not treat such patients like myself. Payment plan!
  3. No we can not go to another country for my dental surgery. I said we tried everything already and with my health limitations and money being tight the only option we have is getting it at the dental facility of my husband town. Plus my surgery is very conplex and risky most countries don't perform it because of that reason alone. I never said I would expedite my own visa case.
  4. That's not an option for us. Nobody in Latin America has the treatment I need. I said we tried everything.
  5. I'm CR1 beneficiary and I need a complex maxilary-Dental surgery. It can not be performed in my country as, doctors don't have the technology and deny me treatment, we tried everything you can think of. So We took the decision to get it done in the U.S. My husband found out the procedure is very simple there and they work with people high risk like myself (I have several chronic illnesses) The question is can the CR1 visa be expedited because of my health so severe? And will this be a problem at the time of my medical exam? Thank you
  6. We don't have any joint sponsors nor family or friends support. Cause he re married and they all cut him off sadly. I am also disabled with 7 chronic illnesses myself so those options won't work. I can only work from home when I have some time as taking care of our 3 year old is 24/7 He would get approved as he is very severe and deaf. I guess the answer is SSD is not income to sponsor cr1 beneficiary?
  7. We're married for 5 years and have a child. My husband was working and meeting the income requierement for CR1/IR1 visa, but his chronic illnesses got more severe these past months. He's looking into social security disability as his health limitations are not letting him work. Can he sponsor my CR1 visa being on SSD? We're about to submit the civil documents and pay fees for NVC, he's still working but would apply for SSD in a month and get approved in 6 months. We're new on this, I appreciate your answers
  8. They have sent us the email requesting fees and documents twice, is that common or it means they want us to do this soon as possible?
  9. So do I need my birth certificate translated and the police records and any other document? Do they need to be certified by a notary too?
  10. My husband works for an airline and we have travel benefits, we travel for free as non-revenue passengers travel is not a problem for us. I know about the inmigrant fee and vacciness. Not everyone on a CR1 visa has a fortune in the bank and is wealthy. His income qualifies the requierement and that's what matters?
  11. After our case got approved, we got an email from NVC saying we must pay the affidavit of support and IV fee, plus send all the civil documents from beneficiary and tax information etc. Only issue is we don't have all the civil documents yet, I must renew my passport, find a certified translator and translate my Birth certificate (it's not in English) Translate my police records, certify both translations AND we also need to save up to pay the fees as we don't have a lot of money. Is it mandatory to send all the documents and pay the fees right now? How long do we have to reply to their request? PS. Also is any other document that we must translate, and should they be certified by a Notary like I've been told? Thank you in advance for your answers.
  12. Should I also specify the name of the form next to "additional forms"?
  13. I speak English sinceI was 6 years old and my English level at 43 y.o. is Bilingual. Not sure why you're suggesting that my spouse should read the form directions. Wish you well
  14. I’m just stuck on what to check off / fill out (if anything) on the provided coversheet. I’m just providing our I-130A form we forgot along with our I-130. Do I include that under ‘other’ as shown below or "Additional forms?"
  15. And yes WE FORGOT to submit the 130a form. At 56 and 43 y.o. with a toddler trust me is very easy to forget things. But we are doing the best we can. Thanks again for the answer.
