    I think you're cutting it too close being outside of the US. No absences over 6 months and more than half of the time in the USA.

    On what basis is the extension for? To my knowledge, overstay starts after the I94 expires. If it's more than 180 days past , then reentry bars kick in. Other members may have more knowledge

    No. USCIS cares about in person meetings only. You can mention you met on line but it's the in-person meetings that are important

    Was the plan to immigrate all along? What did they tell cbp at Port of entry? It's fraud to adjust status if that was the intention from the beginning. They would have to go back and be petitioned and go through the embassy
