  1. Shouldn't be an issue, but how long is the trip? When is the interview? How long has he been a Green Card holder? Is this under 3 or 5 years ?
  2. Processing times are roughly the same for either k1 or spouse visa. Can't comment on the visa interview location as I'm not in those location. I believe people are interviewing in Israel in this case but it may be worth it to research what other countries would your fiancee be able to travel to.
  3. Yes you must file the 751 no more than 90 days before the green card expires. This is the best site to be on. I've learned alot myself as I stumbled on this website by chance reading about the reviews of the embassy in Manila. E
  4. Uscis didn't do anything. Hopefully you printed it out. Maybe call tech support for apple?
  5. Was your check cashed? Or card charged? Did the return receipt come back in the mail?
  6. Please complete your timelines. Are you referring to noa 1 or 2. If 1, something is amiss. If 2 perhaps it would be adjudicatated shortly. Was your check cashed? Or card charged?
  7. You have to wait until a visa number is available. What country?
  8. New and improved processing time that goes along with the fee increase 😁
  9. There are recheck counters right before you exit customs. If for some reason they aren't available you would exit immigration with all bags and proceed upstairs to ticket counters. At most a 5 minutes walk
  10. Maybe de naturalization?
  11. What kind of immigration benefit are you applying for? If it's a straightforward petition you can do it yourself.
  12. I suppose it would work but they probably prefer one check. I would see about getting replacement from the bank as it hasn't been cashed. In the future just write personal checks as it is easier to track and write a replacement if necessary
  13. You can travel. Each entry is at the discretion of US CBP
  14. I would get a new money order or cashier check. Or submit a personal check. That way it's easier to track
  15. I think since you have been a Green Card holder for enough time it might be easier under 5 years rule but if there are no issues with your relationship then apply under 3 years. Be done with uscis 😁
  16. I say go ahead and apply under 3 years rule. Go for 3 years rule don't think it would matter since you have been a Green Card holder for enough time
  17. Any trips outside the US for more than 6 months? Are you still married or divorced?
  18. Please update your timelines. If you got NOA2 the petition was approved and sent the petition for processing at nvc who will in turn forward the case to the embassy. Start bugging the nvc for the case number in a couple of weeks so you can schedule interview and medical.
  19. You may already be considered married in the view of the embassy rendering the k1 void. Not sure of this particular embassy but others have considered an engagement party as already married.
  20. You must be present in the US to file and remain in the US until advance parole is approved. If you were to marry now then the K1 is void
  21. Ok very good. Wow very good news regarding the processing speed.
  22. Ok. Also the petitioner must make enough to sponsor you. Also please complete your timeline
