  1. Always go to the official website for instructions
  2. Immigration is never fast. It's not allowed to adjust status if that was the intent when entering
  3. Did you pay by personal check/cheque? If so that is the easiest to find out. Otherwise call your bank
  4. Making sure everything in petition is accurate since you are responsible for it. Also are you sure it's a lawyer and not a notario?
  5. Please complete your timelines. Are you a US citizen? If so wife is a immediate relative
  6. Did you send it certified mail return receipt or FedEx or ups? Also please complete your timelines
  7. I would think that the petitioner would have to request.
  8. A couple weeks probably. Please complete your timelines
  9. The forms are fairly straightforward. Any reason for seeking an agency. Seems like the do more harm than good
  10. You sure about esta being available? Immigrant intent is already been established.
  11. If you want to give uscis more money 😊 please complete your timelines
  12. Entering the US with the intent to marry and adjust status is not allowed. She can use her B1 visa for short visits at discretion of cbp. Also the USCIS will want to see your tax situation resolved.
  13. How can she be here legally after 90 days? Wouldn't trust 90 day fiancée show as it's entertainment for some.
  14. Please complete your timelines. Did you make a copy of your submission? Sounds like you need a joint sponsor.
  15. Has the beneficiary filed for Adjustment of Status? That's the only way she could be here legally. It can only be filed with the petitioner. She can't adjust any other way. The petitioner definitely needs to notify uscis
  16. Your post is confusing. How did the applicant enter the US if they were denied at the embassy?
  17. You could be on the radar for denaturalization if it was discovered that you obtained your green card and us passport fraudulently
  18. Is your significant other a Canadian citizen? Why are you inquiring about tourist visa. Canada gets 6 months but would not use all at once
  19. Do you maintain a US driver license or state ID? Bank account? Apartment lease? Sounds like you're getting too casual with your coming and goings.
  20. The NVC would be able to give you the embassy case number which is different from the USCIS receipt number. You probably have to wait a few weeks to get the NVC case number. Ours took a month to be ready as our timelines indicate.
  21. I would wait a few weeks then use the public inquiry form from nvc. It will tell you whether they have the petition and when it shows ready pay fees and schedule at embassy
