It seems like your priority date is not current. Until your spouse is naturalized you remain in a preference category and not immediate relative.

Your first post wasn't very clear. If you had said I have my expiring green card and original 48 months extension letter, I would have answered differently. You said "extended 10 years pending biometrics ". A 2 year green card is either extended or not. I have seen the extension letters frequently in my line of work and the letters are very clear.

When does the card expire? Did you move at all? Everyone has different risk tolerance but I wouldn't leave the US until situation is resolved

If the intent is to marry and adjust status before she enters the US then it's not allowed. She can marry in USA and return to consular process.

The cfo certificate. I believe this is emailed to the recipient upon successfully passing the session. I'm going off the information my now wife went through back in July this year.

How many times have you met in person? Quality time together over multiple times is best regardless of K1 or spouse visa. Girlfriend must be completely honest when answering questions from cbp about her intentions.

Don't forget to schedule cfo seminar. Must have visa in hand before scheduling. Also Must have certificate for Philippines immigration or no travel.

No. Roc is removal of conditions to get a 10yr green card. Adjustment of Status is switching from non immigrant visa to green card. A K-1 is a non immigrant visa

Did you meet in person within last 2 years? You mentioned you don't have a passport.

Bags would still have to be claimed in Guam and cleared by customs before rechecking. This is true regardless of where you enter and connected domestically.
