Thanks for the images. I am still in the process of compiling my paperwork, evidence, and these forms provide a good idea of what to submit to the USCIS for my case.

Onelis was contacted!!
It appears that her family had an eye infection, and everyone was so sick that they were unable to leave the house for a number of days. As a result, the phone bill went unpaid, and we lost contact on June 11th.
Maria went to Onelis' home with one of her Documentation clients who lives near Onelis in the Los Cedros section of Soledad - just south of Barranquilla. Maria was able to get Onelis' cell phone number (which will be working tomorrow along w/her land line), and we will be able to connect over the phone. My mounting stress has finally been eased since now I will be able to talk to Onelis and thoughts of home invasions or major illness are now an afterthought.
One more thing...Onelis' mother was angry at Onelis for not contacting me to let me know that I had been anxious to hear from her. She voiced her frustration to Onelis that Maria had to be sent to their home to find out if they were safe. Now, I have Onelis' cell phone, and I plan to get the phone number of the Visa applicant who lives near Onelis...just in case!
Thanks again for everyone's concern. I was going insane 1 hour ago, and now I'm breathing a serious sigh of relief, and I'll be able to enjoy the 4th of July weekend with my relatives and 4WD club down in Mexico!! B)

Under what criteria are these schools deemed failing? What actions did the NAACP actually take specifically? What are the testing scores and data used to support that these schools are failing in correlation with those of the surrounding public and charter schools?
Charter schools typically have scores that are slightly higher than those of Public schools, but they do not serve the Severely Disabled populations in their respective community-based schools.

What we did was that, my husband waiting to get his shots with the doctor he had to go through with immagration. we were going to have him get all the shots in his hometown since he didnt really have much record of all the shots he has had, and thankgod we waited for the doctor in Bogota she only had him take 3 shots. so from our experience i would say wait until your finacee goes to the doctor in bogota before the interview to see what shots they ask for its better and safer that way. GOOD LUCK!!

I have a friend whose credit was damaged by an ex-wife who opened credit accounts in his name, but never paid the monthly balances. He did not receive monthly statements, so although your ex-wife may be suffering financially and wishes she could send $more$ back to the Phillipines, you will have to watch your credit reports, and contact the USCIS or whomever accordingly. It sounds like this woman will not give up!

This process is lengthy, involved and very specific rules, designed to prevent fraud... You wont be able to get around the basic requirements? But ask yourself how you would consider marrying a person you've never met in-person... Nevermind the Visa Process Rules, there is a fundamental relationship issue that is being overlooked..

I was standing inside of the ALDO shoe store at the Galleria - Tyler Mall in Riverside when this barrage of rocks or glass objects came raining against the large glass window in front of the store. The intended target was an Asian man - probably from India or Bangladesh wearing a hat to cover up his hair for his personal religious reasons.
I personally identify as Christian, but I definitely had his back if anyone would have come out swinging at him. I've had skinheads try to indimidate me several times, and when I showed them I was ready for a good fight, they pulled back EVERYTIME.

...at the very least, this begs the question that racial profiling could be his concern if they looked Latino. Wherever my wife and I go, people are surprised to hear us speaking Spanish (oftentimes loudly, because I'm not embarrased). But, still I believe hearing Spanish spoken in audible tones in public could be cause for concern for some Arizonans.

In a large city like Mexico City, you will be safe - safer than the border regions or mountainous regions specified on this alert. I sometimes lead group trips into Baja, Mexico and this once included the mountainous regions of Chihuahua and Sinaloa. We won't travel back to these regions without a Military escort. But, I would not worry about Mexico City. Just enjoy yourselves there for the short time that you will be there and have fun.
