  1. You might get the IL in a month if lucky, for an interview date in the future. Not sure what link you mean?
  2. As above, the PD isn’t current yet and no interview can be scheduled until it is. The date hasn’t moved forward at all in Novembers bulletin either, so it’s likely to be a few years yet.
  3. Paris is usually one of the quickest consulates - only approx 3-4 months from DQ to interview IIRC. But you can search VJ timelines to give you a better idea.
  4. It does make sense, but it doesn't give the most important bit of info. Has your I-130 been approved yet and if so, when?
  5. You don't seem to be aware of the processing times and/or Visa Bulletin, so just checking, have you looked in to your children and whether they'll still qualify for a visa? As you mention some being over 21. Might be worth posting their ages and when your I-130 was approved so that forum pros can work out if they'll qualify under CPSA. If not, then you'll need to be aware of the process for them joining you at a (much) later date as well.
  6. Make sure you report it so they can get the website taken down, you can forward scam emails on to USCIS (just Google it for the address)
  7. Two IL's received in Sept on the table above, both London applicants. It totally depends on the consulate, some are much quicker than others unfortunately.
  8. Did you keep a copy of the DS-160 to make sure you are entering the info exactly as you did in the application i.e. passport number etc? Have you tried using both Ankara and Istanbul?
  9. But where is she actually resident? Does she live in Syria or somewhere else?
  10. It could have a huge impact on wait time, yes. Waiting times for interviews can be as little as 3 months after being DQ'ed, or 2+ years, depending on the consulate. But you don't normally get to pick, it's normally whichever consulate serves wherever she's resident. Don't know if it's different as a Syrian though? If so, what are the options?
  11. Interview on a Monday afternoon, passport back Thursday morning. Much quicker than the two weeks they say it will take (this was in July). HTH.
  12. Others have reported getting appointments sooner. 8 months isn’t too bad though, other countries are waiting 2 years or more.
  13. But you're using stats that it clearly says can't be used to calculate the annual figures. You need to wait for the FY data to be released.
  14. They can’t have gone over the country cap, it’s simply not possible. It’s a legal limit. USCIS do say that the monthly stats don’t give an accurate number if they’re added up, due to the way they calculate it, and that only the annual FY report is accurate - “individual monthly issuance reports should not be aggregated, as this will not provide an accurate issuance total for the fiscal year to date. Instead, refer to our annual Report of the Visa Office for final full Fiscal Year statistics.”
  15. I thought the monthly visa issuance stats do include dependents?
  16. Pretty quick - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html/ HTH.
  17. That email would come from NVC, nothing to do with the consulate. HTH.
  18. Absolutely no point in contacting them, you just need to be patient and wait for the Welcome Letter (which will come via email as CC has said). If they were only approved on 16th Sept, then there's still a way to go - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html Once you've got the Welcome Letter, the whole process is set out step by step here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing.html HTH, good luck.
  19. Let us know how you get on, it would be good to see if you manage it, best of luck.
  20. Nobody here is going to agree with a suggestion to commit immigration fraud. Your plan isn't feasible for various reasons anyway. If you really want to move to the US then it would be far better if you put your efforts in to gaining further education and skills, and becoming eligible for a visa yourself. Good luck.
  21. Not sure just an address will do it, have you got things like council tax bills to back it up? You've presumably already put your address as Pakistan on the forms? I've seen some consulates that allow it (Turkey springs to mind), London seems to have a stricter policy. In their FAQ page it says "Immigrant and fiancé(e) visas should be processed by the embassy or consulate with jurisdiction over the applicant’s place of residence". But absolutely worth trying, good luck.
  22. It's not usually possible unless you're resident there - here's an example…..
  23. That's just the auto response, there's currently a 6 day wait for a response to enquiries, so hopefully they'll get back to you soon - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html
  24. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html HTH.
