Hello, Please see the photo attached; there is no option for me to upload any civil document for my parents (IR5); it says not applicable (N/A). Is this normal? Don't they need at least a police certificate and other civil documents from her home country? Or, for IR5, civil documents are not required at the NVC stage. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

My mother's 130 recently got approved. I make enough money to sponsor my mom myself; however, my wife and I filled our 2023 taxes as married filing jointly (MFJ), and our combined incomes are way above the 2024 HHS Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support. 1. Can I only fill out an affidavit of support (my separate income is above the poverty guidelines) even though I filed taxes jointly with my spouse? 2. If yes, how will they know what portion of the combined income is from me? 3. Can I use I-864EZ since I meet the requirements? 4. If the above three are not correct, how should I proceed. Appreciate the help. Thank you!
