  1. CR1 here. DQ'd June 2023and still waiting for an interview. There was a mass transfer last week, but not a single CR1 was included.
  2. I am happy for everyone who got expedited. At the same time, I am here wondering when my case will move forward. I am a CR1, DQ'd in June 26, 2023 (IR1 in less than a month). I cant stop but feel betrayed by this system again. I mean I am happy for the ones who got expedited, but I thought it was first in-first out. I get it, I am CR1. Does that mean I have to wait till I get converted to IR1 before I hear something? if that's the case then remove CR1 category and just do straight IR1. Anyway.....my apologies, Im ranting....
  3. A bunch of IR1's just got auto expedited between May 2023 and Oct 2023....Unfortunately, no news on CR1's yet.
  4. You are in for a long wait....the CR-1 for my wife was DQ'd last June of 2023 and we are still waiting for an interview notice. I was not included on the last mass expedite and many like me have been stuck since June 2023....in any case, a ton of people are in front of you. Between June 2023 (some from May and April) all the way to January 2024, the line has not moved.
  5. USEM processed 4 CR-1 and 80 something IR1 for the month of January 2024. I am the same as you, June 2023 and my wife is still waiting for an interview notice.....so far USCIS and NVC, we are at a total of 20 to 21 months in the process.
  6. I think its all about money. Also, I think CR-1 will soon become extinct and that all CR-1 will sit down and wait until it is converted to IR-1. 771 K-1 visa is a lot, compared to 4 CR-1....I guess getting sued works....
  7. I was thinking the same thing. There should not be a lot of CR1 and IR1 (not the converted IR1) waiting between January 2023 to June 2023. Most of them, not all, were included on the last mass expedite. So my thinking is, if USEM continue on scheduling interviews in the next couple of months they will get to the ones who were DQ'd in June 2023 pretty quick. That's something to look forward to....lets just hope they continue sending IL's for CR1 and IR1.
  8. I have been very patient with this whole process, but man its hard....USEM get your <DELETED>together.... I just want to vent, I know a lot of you guys feel the same way. I am the petitioner and I petitioned my wife, May of 2022. The I-130 got approved 3 days shy of 1 year. Moved to NVC and got DQ'd end of June 2023. Its now January 2024, and there's no sign in sight that this whole process is coming to an end. I went home April of last year for our wedding anniversary, and I would love to go home and visit my wife again but that would mean I have to start using my vacation days. I would really like to save my vacation days for when she is here, that way I can show her around the states. Maybe take a road trip to Colorado or go visit Grand Canyon... Anyway....keep waiting.
  9. I haven't posted in awhile, but I agree with you....I have been saying the same thing on FB forums as well. A lot of CR1 will roll over to IR1 because its taking too long.... Also...I don't know if this will make sense.....but if I issue someone a 2 year visa, and knowing that person will come back to the immigration process and adjust their status to get a 10 year visa. Why do the work twice??? Remember...we are dealing with U.S. immigration here where nothing make sense.
  10. That is good to know. I just got off the phone with my wife and we will discuss this option and we may opt to get her medical next month or October. That'll be good for until March or April of next year...
  11. Quick question, because I am not aware of this yet.......but are we able to get medical in St Lukes if there is no NVC/USEM notice of interview yet?
  12. Any updates on the ones who got DQ'd on the NVC stage....
  13. That's what sucks about this whole process, the whole unknown is so vast....if they give us an honest answer, we could at least have a better idea.
  14. I'm the same way, the way things are going I've set my mind to early next year.
  15. The I130 for my wife got approved towards the last week of May, the we got DQ'd at NVC towards the last week of June ( I think 28th as well ). Nothing yet...unfortunately.
  16. The I130 for my wife got approved in late May, then we got DQ'd in late June. No update as of today....
  17. Got DQ'd at NVC today. Now on the next stage of waiting. Unfortunately, I think Philippines have a long wait....
  18. This sucks...My I-130 took 1 year to get approved. I just got a notice right now from NVC that my wife's application has been DQ'd. I was really hoping she would be here for her birthday in November...Now, I'll be happy if she gets here by xmas....
  19. Good luck to everyone waiting for I-130 approval. USC/wife abroad. PD:May 2022. AR1: DEC 12, 2022 Visited my wife in the Philippines last month for our 1 year wedding anniversary. I gave up hope and I was basically talking mess about this whole process (just being honest) AR2:MAY 22,2023 / Taking longer to process but there was an approval notice under documents tab. APPROVAL:MAY 23,2023. 3 days shy of 1 year. Application was sent online. I got my welcome letter from Nebraska. I was told my forms were in Vermont. Approval came from Texas. Approval was under documents on my USCIS account. I am now waiting for my NVC welcome letter
  20. If you are already approve consider yourself lucky! I watched my processing time from 6 months to 5 months to 4, 3, 2, 1 month...to 1 week until it turned into " taking longer to process " last month. Today USCIS adjusted the timelines and now just like everyone else, I am back to 3 months....
  21. It comes and goes...mine was missing last week then it came back. Then yesterday, it was gone again and today its back. My case was towards the end of the May, it says 3 months on the processing time. At the beginning I was optimistic that me and my wife will spend our first anniversary together here in Texas, but I've given up on that....Instead I'm going to visit her. Its so annoying because there is no standard on the waiting time. Some will wait 5 to 7 months while others will wait 1.5 to 2 years.
