the OP's daughter is 33 yrs old, so I would assume she's at least 53 years old, if she gave birth when she was like 20 years old.

I strongly suggest to you to not appeal, and just wait for the next 3 years to give it another shot, you've already miss represented yourself after not disclosing your shoplifting incident, not only will you dig the hole deeper for yourself but you will also bring yourself in front of USCIS infamous radar. You're lucky they did'nt take further action with you for not telling the truth on N400 form. withholding information from USCIS is misrepresentation and these guys has 0 tolerance for that.

Wow, you fought with Immigration about getting your wife a green card, and now you want to take it away because you think you gave it to her. I don't know but I think the IO was correct in the first decision.

No need to renew EAD, GC gives you authorization to work plus much more, You can keep it somewhere and let it expire.

I see no possibility to even get a Returning resident visa since you never were a resident of the US in the first place. Your only hope is to start from scratch and either tell your ex to apply for a k1 or get married again and apply for a Spouse visa, other than that no possibility of getting a GC after three years of absence.

What visa were you adjusting from, you were pampering your wife but you're now worry about whats gonna happen to you and your GC. How come you had so much money to pamper your wife were you weren't even a resident?

I agree, using someone else's SSN is Identity theft and should carry a life time bar from ever returning to the US. Its frustrating what US Citizen and Resident has to go through by dishonesty of illegal immigrants who has no concern about one's Identity whatsoever.
I heard some illegal immigrants even use their new born US Citizen babies SSN, ruining the children Identity from birth.

Everyone keeps pointing out the same obvious thing, you don't have to let them in of COURSE YOU DON'T, but not doing so will raise a lot more suspicion on your case and possibly a huge delay, I would say just verify that they are indeed USCIS Personnel by looking up ID's and if necessary call their supervisor and let them in and show them that you and your Spouse share your lives together in one place. You will have absolutely nothing to lose by doing so.

If USCIS shows up unannounced at your house, welcome them, smile, offer a cup of coffee, answer questions only when asked, show them your living space as a married couple, bathroom, closets, storage, etc... you will have much more to gain and probably nothing to lose. Its that simple!
If you deny them entry to your house, then why should they approved your case in the first place.

The denial notice and the form to appeal is standard practice, I think they are required to notify you if an appeal is available after you've been denied Immigration benefits, though there's no guarantee that your appeals will be approved. Remember one thing you can indeed appeal but you might get a second denial based on the original reason for your first denial, and this is where things starts to get out of control cause you might have to explain why you decided not to disclosed the incident that made you ineligible in the first place.

I suggest you consult with an Immigration Attorney that's a US Citizen has done waivers for US Citizen before, Attorneys abroad can give mislead information and make things even worst. Your case has to do with US Immigration Law so hire someone who practices law within the US or with the experience.

I fully agree with your post, some people are making a giant deal out of this whole ordeal than necessary, My employer asked me to produce document of employment authorization at the time of hiring, I gave them my EAD at the time and all they needed was a copy of it and the card was returned to me within minutes, after it was expiring HR dept informed me that I need to provide documentation of employment authorization, I voluntarily offer to fax my Conditional GC to them but they wanted me to bring it in for verification and take a copy of it again. Until now my conditional GC has expired since 05/27/2011 I haven't heard from my employer since about this matter.
If they happen to ask me about that I will politely offer a copy of my 10 years card or take it so they can get a copy, no whining or make a giant deal out of that like a Drama King.

What exactly does your friend need, her husband treats her well, then if she thinks that her husband has another woman then she needs to investigate and talk to her husband about anything about the marriage or seek marriage counseling, there's no abuse involved here so there's not much advice except for your friend to try to work things out with her husband. VAWA is not an option because cheating is not abuse.

So what the Police will check if average Larry the cable guy got pulled over, or someone who look like George Lopez? I will never carry my GC with me for that purpose, unless is it free to replace. As long as I have my DL, proof of insurance and registration current I'm not intimated.

No, the judge would dismiss the case in a heart beat. Just like when you get pulled over by a Cop and you don't have your DL with you, as soon as you present your DL in the Court, case is dismissed.
Again my Green Card is in the safe box to stay unless I am traveling out of State or Abroad, if it was 0 fee to replace I would be more than happy to carry it in my pocket.

Unless I am going to travel abroad my Green Card is in the sate box to stay, not even USCIS itself will change that. If it was free of charge to replace then I would carry it with me at all times.
