hi vjs, i'd like to ask some advice - here's my situation i came here in U.S. oct 31, 2010 thru K1 visa, we submitted my aos and ead papers after getting married. fortunately everything went smoothly and i got my greencard and ead almost at the same week this month. my greencard category is now CF1 while my ead is now category C09. ,Although my ead card will expire on 03/16/12 i wanna know if i still need to renew it coz im quite confused, i read in some forums that i dont need to renew my ead for as long as i have my green card that's 2 years with condition. is this true?

No need to renew EAD, GC gives you authorization to work plus much more, You can keep it somewhere and let it expire.

Moving to WORK/Travel during immigrations.

Green-Card IS work authorization. EAD is only for NON-Immigrants, once having green-card a person is no longer a NON-Immigrant.

Note I-9 used to verify work authorization, it says I-551 card is valid evidence of work auth, I-551 is green-card.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

it's true, you don't have to renew your EAD now that you have your conditional permanent status/greencard. Just make sure you apply to remove the condition on your permanent status before it expires. BTW, keep your joint bank statements and anything documents/evidence showing you are living together, you will need it when filing for permanent status. TC.
