  1. Very correct and helpful to many others on this thread. Appreciate you untimely help on this forum @OldUser.
  2. Very correct. Appreciate that. Thanks 🙏
  3. Great move. Keep us updated 🙏🙏🙏🙏
  4. Yeah. Keep up posted. I also believe that everything is gonna be okay with you 🙏🙏🙏
  5. That's right. I also never heard of someone being detained with an authorized stay. It's only unsubstantiated rumors destined to make people afraid.
  6. Thanks so much for these types of updates. It helps a lot.
  7. It shall be okay with you. As you mentioned, keep trusting in the divine grace of God and he will never disappointed you. Blessed are those who put their trust in the Lord, for they will never be disappointed.🙏 🙏 🙏
  8. Thanks so much for your response. I get that we can have everything done quicker than the posted time.
  9. Which local field office is that? Do you guys know the average in Dallas local office?
  10. You are not an illegal alien with a pending I-485 and with a C09 working permit. As @Demise said, always keep a copy of your I-485 receipt notice on you if you are too scared 😨 of ICE. They will never deport you unless you have a huge criminal record.
  11. Don't keep listening to all what people are saying on social media. You have nothing to be afraid of as far as you have a legal stay here in the USA and without any bad criminal history.
  12. Hope it shall be well this time🙏🙏🙏
  13. It ok for me. I recently received after two weeks of submitting the N-400 paper filing my receipt (notice of action). Fee waived and biometric reused. Next step is now waiting for my interview to scheduled. Don't just know how long it takes these days for Dallas field office to schedule someone for an interview. Thanks 🙏
  14. Hi If I may asked; Which EAD category do you have? But with a pending i-485 and a ( C09 ) working permit, I don't see ICE agents deporting someone unless he or she has a terrible criminal history.
  15. Thanks so much for your answer. That's what I thought 🤔. It's only one notice, but i sent two forms. (N-400 + I-912). Was it not supposed to be one notice for each form? That's why I was a little bit anxious for I don't know how exactly they respond in such cases.
  16. I did received a notice of action in my mailbox after exactly 2 weeks and 3 days of paper filing+ waiver. The fact that I'm currently outside my state for vacation is making me anxious to know what that notice of action could really be. I just got the picture of this USCIS notice through my USPS account. Any idea? Thanks
  17. Good news. Nothing to be afraid. Trust in God for a good outcome 🙏
  18. Generally, they will go through your form I-485 to verify if there are any mistake that you will like to be corrected and the Yes/No questions as @balo101 has said. Wishing you a very good outcome 🙏
  19. I'm wishing to everyone following this thread and currently waiting for his or her case to be adjudicated more grace and prompt approval 🙏🙏🙏
  20. You are right 👍 It's very rare to have two interviews for citizenship. I think that something pups up and they need some clarifications. Lawyer in this case is advisable for it will avoid the officer for asking certain types of damaging questions.
  21. Those who went through N-400 papers filing. What are the advantages of online filing versus papers filing. This should be more educative to people on this thread.
