Hi all So I used the CEAC website to submit all my documents. I then received an email saying that my case had been updated. I tracked my case and it tells me to either send my documents via mail or email them however I have uploaded ALL of them on the portal. : / I am so confused and struggling to find specific information on what to do. Should I email my documents to NVC? I am applying via the Sydney Australia embassy. THIS has most def delayed my case. Please advise Thanks

I submitted the form DS260 online CEAC. Now I am looking for where to upload the supporting financial documents and AOS forms, etc. However I have uploaded these already on CEAC portal but now they are asking for me to mail or email them ?? confused. On the CEAC there is upload forms section, so does that mean I need to physically mail in the forms to the NVC? Or email? My case is with the Sydney office (SYD). Very confused Thanks!
