  1. Hello, I submitted form I-130 for my wife. -June 15th 2022: Submitted NOA: Came that same day. -June 17th 2022: Actively review by USCIS. After “actively review” how long it might take to get it approve? My wife lives in El Salvador. My form was sent to Nebraska, got my NOA from Nebraska Service center. But the Online account letter came from Texas Service center.
  2. Sooooo I’m finally a US citizen. My interview was schedule at 9:00am. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and went in the building. Security was very nice and who ever was checking in was very nice as well. I waited around 1 hour to be called and then the IO asked me to swear to tell the true. She started asking me for my passport, DL and GC. She checked my passport every paged though. She asked me 6 questions and then she moved to the reading and writing test. Unfortunately the IPad wasn’t working so I had to do everything on a paper she gave me. After passing my civic, reading and writing she started with my N400 application. She asked me for my current employer which I was actually going to update today since I’m not working in the same place. The she asked me why I took too many trips out of the US and I responded with the true about my wife and my dad in El Salvador. She asked me if I was leaving in El Salvador, if I was working or if I have any properties there to which I responded with the true (No). I also got married after I submitted my n400. She asked me about my wife and info about her as well. She asked me I was planning to petition for her and my dad; to which I responded that in the future that is the plan. She asked me for my taxes and she checked the one from the last 2 years and she said it was okay. She made me sign the updates and gave me the letter saying my application was recommended for approval and she told me to wait outside. I waited for around 30 more minutes; I filled out a paper for the Oat (which is the same day in Orlando field office). Oath didn’t take more than 10 minutes. Thank God I got approved today and also got the path the same day!
  3. I’m kinda worried about the days I’ve spent outside of the US. I been outside 110 days (17 trips) within 5 years and 6 months of residency in the US. I have never moved from my address. I’m going to get married in El Salvador 1 month before my interview appointment as well. I’m worried that they can deny my citizenship.
  4. I’m getting married the month prior to my Citizenship Interview. And it was schedule like that for months. She lives in El Salvador and I live in Orlando Fl. When I submitted my application I submitted it as “single”. Should I let the Immigration officer know about the changes? I’m planning to bring documents supporting my marriage, we been together for almost 5 years already and engaged for over a year.
  5. JUST GOT AN UPDATE! My interview was schedule for February 11, 2022. Orlando field office. Filled June 18. Finally 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Lots of praying for the people who are also waiting on an interview to be schedule 👏🏽👏🏽
  6. My estimate case decision went from 6 months all the way up to 13 months 😭😭. Still no update….
  7. I totally feel you!! I need it to be over soon, family is getting bad at my county. Working to get some money for a small house. Planning in my future but I feel that I’m stuck my tummy case and that everyone is getting good news but me. I just really hope that we all can get good news very soon!
  8. Congrats!! Good luck on the interview. When you submitted the application?
  9. Same thing here. June filler Orlando office. I know this is July but I wanted to check also how is the processing times for other months.
  10. Good morning everyone. I just checked my USCIS account and it previously said 6 months on case decision; now it says 9 months :(.
  11. Once I get my interview (Hopefully soon) Should I let the IO know about my upcoming wedding with my fiancé who lives in a foreign country (El Salvador)? What should I said if he also asks me about my 105 days outside of the US. Plenty of them were actually because of a service I was making thru Catholic Church also in my country and 7 days in Panama. I haven’t get any appointment date yet but I really hope and pray that it’s coming soon. We are not getting married to gain an immigration status btw. We are really in love and we have know each other for about 10 years.
  12. Thank you! How about your timeline? Did you submitted Online or by mail?
