My final numbers from yesterday (may 9th 2022) scanning WAC2190069000 and going to WAC2190130000:
    Approvals: 77
    Withdrawals: 1
    Expedite Request Approved: 1
    Expedite Request Denied: 8
Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed: 1
    RFE: 26
Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received: 15
    Total: 129

Of course in the range I checked there is a big gap with no updates for May 2021 filers, but still good to see that many updates overall.

If this was the case, they would have processing early June cases, not mid of the month as they are doing now. But with this agency, there is no way to know.
Worst government organization I have ever encountered. 0 Transparency, 0 Accountability and 0 Possibility to ask questions.
    Man I hate USCIS

Well when I thought that USCIS cant fall any lower, they manage to outperform and do something like this.
Here is overview of Cases reviewed today (overview shows only new NOA1 cases touched).
They have processed 52 cases from June 2021, that is same as March and April 2021 combined.
As real gut punch they processed 0 May 2021 cases  .
How to F keep trust in US Legal immigration when you see something like this. At this point I can only laugh.
I hope that they will get back to process March and April cases, so that they finally can transition to May.

I was curious if USCIS was still working on the June group so I did a scan. I'm surprised at how active this month is. Here are the mid day scans:

    100500: 1 Expedite Approved (1 new / 0 in progress)

    WEEKLY CHART UPDATE 05/07:

    Approval changes this week: +167
    RFE changes this week: +45
TOTAL NEW CHANGES (approval or RFE) : 212
~2000 Other Action aka "waiting and others"
1400+ Who have heard back (either approval or RFE)

Slower than last week. Holding out hope this coming week will be better. Inquiry dates have been pushed back to March (again...). March still has 200 who have not heard back, and around 176 who had an RFE, have responded, and are waiting on news on their response (and 300+ with RFEs who haven't responded yet)

Let's see what the second week in May has in store for us.

I took the data from WAC2190069000 to WAC2190099000, collected on may 7th 2022. (same as on the previous page)
Filtered it out to only select approvals from this year (2022).
Then graphed it (Be mindful that RFE, denials etc. are ignored in this chart. It doesn't show the true "speed" of USCIS, but it does give some idea how how things are trending with April and May cases.

Funny thing is, this the reason I started tracking the cases across all ranges. In the beginning I was only tracking 2-3 Months before May 2021, since I am my filer, but in late 2021 I noticed complete collapse of processing rates, while at all the time they were still calming that average wait time is 6-8 months even though true processing time was around  at 8-10 Months. Then I started tracking all ranges, and noticed that they will do bursts random processing in low Range months. This way they keept processing rates in range of 6-8 Months. In February this became so obvious, that entire February and March was outside of normal processing times, since the processing times were faked for so long, that it was impossible to hide true state. so they shifted to 10-13 Months. Now we are approaching's similar boundary, officially they are processing 10-13 Month old cases, when in reality we are at 13+ Months.
They can fake it for one or two months more.

Best way to se how they are faking is this page here,
    https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt
This is official data from USCIS from 31-March 2022. According to them average wait time was 10.1 Months. what cannot be true, because at that time they were still processing Early march cases, so true wait time was 12+.
This is one of the reasons, that they skip large part of months beeing processed and proceed to the next one. For example there was almost 800 untouched March cases when they started processing April.

Gratitude towards the weekly champions @DSBeijing & @Etherial who keep us updated, because this wasn't easy. It took almost an hour for me to do this and this was done by alternating with both my iphone AND my ipad 😂. I wouldn't suggest DAILY updates for now, but I would suggest that we (collectively) be patient because that's all you can do for now 😃

I just ran the numbers, this is exactly what is happening, they are artificially trying to keep the processing times down.
This is overview of new cases touched across all ranges (only today -> only NOA1 cases that have changed). For no reason there is 15 Cases from June. Since June is on 11th month of wating, they are trying fake the numbers and keep estimated times on "11-13 Months", instead of true times of 12-14 Months.
USCIS is really worst agency I have ever had contact with. This is really infuriating that they are resorting to stuff like this.

Today they processed in total 118 cases across all ranges (65 NOA1 Touched and rest are old RFEs processed => together 118). Baciscly the back log is still growing, since they haven't processed 130+ cases today. And they are bravely doing stuff like this with "massaging" the processing times.

PS. Screenshot shows only newly touched NOA1 Cases, not including RFEs

Although June filers are already entering 11 months so that’s still not great 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m not sure if they’re working on people past June or not. I’m a June filer. I was hoping they’re trying to kind of work in parallel to speed things up a bit.

I know I’m so sorry this is the impression we’re all getting! It sounds like you’re the beneficiary? It’s even taking a longer time for US citizens to get passports renewed, so the problem isn’t just the I-129F processing. Let’s just hope things get better! I still believe they are processing more cases from April this week than they were the past few weeks, so maybe they will continue moving faster!

Best week yet and really hoping we top that this week. March is down to a bit over 200 waiting to hear something plus RFEs. Also, here is the chart of monthly progress. If it follows the pattern from March (albeit 2 months behind) then we should see our best month yet in May. Don't forget to get inquiries in as your date comes up!

    @DSBeijing Love the charts, thanks!

And May filers, here is the chart that shows how many were "touched" (Approved or RFE) in each month of waiting after submission for March and April filers if it helps you in any way.  March had their best month in the 11th month of waiting and those of us in April are hoping to see the pattern continue and give us our best month in Month 13 of waiting (2 months longer of a wait than March's best month). We've all waited entirely too long to hear back and I hope all of us hear something back soon!
