  1. Follow-up to my post... I got a surprise in the mail today... Our ROM has arrived! Registration Date is May 23, 2022. So that is a little over 3 months of processing from the time they have received our document. I thought my pre-paid USPS priority mail has expired, but it is what was used to send back to us! We just sent email requesting Transmittal details. Hopefully we can get PSA document within a month or two, in time for the CFO seminar.
  2. I think you will have to secure Travel Clearance for Minors >> https://www.dswd.gov.ph/eservices-3/ Sorry, I do not know detailed process.
  3. - CFO sticker/certificate (if she is immigrating - IV visa); any medical instructions - again if Immigrant visa. >>>> N/A if tourist. - Pay P1,620 pesos Travel Tax if not yet included in purchase of ticket. You can pay this online or at airport https://tieza.gov.ph/travel-tax/ - CDC Attestation https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/fr-proof-negative-test.html - Antigen Covid Test at Terminal 3 /PADLAB (people say they have this in Terminal 2 too)
  4. Or is this N600K ? https://www.uscis.gov/n-600k Then take with you all the originals that you have submitted to USCIS. Refer to link, then under "Checklist of Required Initial Evidence (for informational purposes only)"
  5. Original marriage certificate, original birth certificate, Passport, address in US - the least. Am curious, what did you file in Consular processing if not CRBA? Is it I-130? "You may be asked to provide supporting evidence with respect to your residential address. Examples of documents that can help demonstrate residence include, but are not limited to: property rental leases and payment receipts; deeds; utility bills; property tax records; automobile registrations; professional licenses; employment records or information; income tax records; stamped school transcripts; military records; income records, including W-2 salary forms; vaccination and medical records"
  6. Your husband is the biological father and on the son's birth certificate, right? and he is a US citizen when child was born? I thought that qualifies as CRBA? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/while-abroad/birth-abroad.html
  7. You can request the DS-260 to be reopened >> https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/ This is a common request for those who updates passport or address info. See if you can edit name as well. Otherwise, like others suggested, advise the pre-screener person for name correction/update.
  8. LBC will text (?)/email you for availability. You can also request for status " email at ustraveldocssupport@lbcexpress.com or their hotline at (+632) 8858-5999 " If you are picking up from MOA, and have flight details for her, go to CFO right after, you might be able to get the seminar/CFO sticker same day. 9. I suggest hopping to Facebook and join group/s for K1 Philippines. They have a big group/s there to help you with each step for SLEC/USEM processing. You can join a group chat to help you with 'watching for interview slots' and then plan your medical few days before that. I do not know which one is the best group as am at spousal, but I have heard from my group, stories from other group chats they encountered. Am sure you can find a group chat there that will take you in.
