Yes, you can travel. Just carry along your passport with the I-551 endorsement stamp. That is your temporary green card valid for a year. You probably will not have you state driver's license yet nor your SS card (unless you already had them before), so your official government ID is your passport upon entry.

Depends on the county of residence for their health protocols. Here in Fort Bend County, Texas - my husband has to undergo the sputum tests again, but no biggie, first spit was collected at the health check-up then it was self- collect for the next 2 and you drop it back off to the County health. He was also sent for X-ray. No costs, the county shoulders them. Life goes on.. nothing to worry, if they do not see any medical issues with you, they will not call you back. A friend from another state, she was only sent for X-ray. Some others from another state, were not even called at all.

I suggest to request 1 copy and have it delivered in Philippines (provide auth letter) to confirm it exists/pulled from archive. Why is this? I requested 2 items, ROM (2022) and ROB (2002) - both was confirmed with PSA. The ROM - they were not able to pull from archive (within 2 weeks) so, my request returned that it is not yet available (waste of 5 copies). On another request, I requested ROB done 20 years ago - got a reply that since it was US, they have to pull it from archive.. i waited 2 weeks and got a POSITIVE response. After few weeks i requested 1 copy of ROM and finally got a POSITIVE response. Once I got those, I placed a request for the additional copies. Cost of document is expensive when for international (even though the printing is the same).. plus you handle shipping via Fedex, which is about $100. So I suggest if you need it here in US, request it and have it mailed to someone in Philippines and once all doc received, have it fedex/dhl/ups/etc to you. Hope this helps!

You may have a problem on your exit, they may ask for the travel document going in. So, might as well use your US passport with your travel. No, only official Philippine agency can authenticate. If he is in California, Philippine Consulate in LA is a place he can go to have his NSO/PSA birth certificate be authenticated. If he is in Texas, he can go to Philippine Consulate in Houston. He can search google for the Philippine Consulate near him, go to their website and find how to have a document authenticated.

It's normal. Our interview was June 28. We saw that date updates 3 times, and July 4 being holiday. Our case updated to Issued July 5, and got the LBC (to home, QC) on July 7. It is also a long weekend holiday in Philippines. If they were not able to process this Thurs/Fri, maybe later of next week.

DFA will not know procedures/backlog of PSA. My previous comments are based on experience. PSA have received it BUT it is archived, they have not extracted it. My Transmittal date: 08 JULY 2022. How long ago in between for your Transmittal Date to your PSA Request Date? If it is too soon, then that is probably why it is Negative. Request maybe after 2.5 months of your transmittal date?

I do not think so. USEM have to open for people to grab. Those that received NVC interview schedule (not expedited) - may have an extended medical. which means they will cancel.. and on their own to re-schedule to when their sputum test is completed. The backlog if not expedited is left at NVC stage. USEM has to split up their availability for those who are "Ready" - at USEM stage waiting for a date (expedited, re-medical, extended medical, unavoidable circumstances that person wasn't able to make it to interview, etc) and to those "At NVC". Prior to covid, "At NVC" i think was only 2 weeks... but now, some people are still waiting longer than a year... (so, people are expediting for their parents.) You will learn a lot from the FB group - mostly Filipinos there.
