Hoping to at least see more March approvals this week! 

Hi All! So I'm actually an April Filer, but I made a chart for March to see how they were doing and I've been following May as well so I went ahead and made the chart as there wasn't one (and since I already had the template with the formulas ready and just had to run and record the output from the app).
 
I don't intend to run it that often, but I am happy to pass it on to someone (or more!) to keep up with it. We usually run ours once a week in April and post a screenshot of it. Other months have done similar or more complicated things with theirs. It is a google doc so I just need you to message me your email address to add you to the sheet.

Especially in this thread, we need more empathy, not these cold brutal replies. Of course people need to hear honest truth, but it'd be nice if you could be encouraging about it.
 
My message to lb119397,  keep the hope alive! One day very soon in the near future you will be with your loved one sitting by a fireplace with hot chocolate after a long day of skiing. You will think how it's all been worth it and how far you've come in your life. Be patient, good things coming.

And today I finally got my interview date, 04.10.2021 Ankara Turkey 🤩

Approved today!!!!!! NOA-1 January 11. 
 
Thank you to all the VJ members that kept me going for the past 7 months! Now onto the embassy phase. 

I'm sorry for no post last week but he was preparing to travel (we're finally going to be together again after a year and a half of waiting) also dealing with some paperwork for the upcoming interview next month. Don't know if he is traveling with his program but if he is, I will totally ask him to update things this week! (It's going to be a weird few weeks in the meanwhile.... maybe)

Appreciate the attention, hopefully he will show good news or bring a little bit of hope for you guys.

Go through this.  It is an awesome guide that VJ created.  That gives you a good idea.  Then I would go to the us embassy/consulate website for the beneficiary's country and go to Visa -> immigrant visa -> scroll down to the bottom and there should be a link for fiance(e) visa -> click on interview inside of fiance(e) visa link.  I went through the guide after filing my I-129F (as i did not know about visa journey beforehand) and then found links searching inside VJ for specific criteria per my fiancee's country.  Then, I went to the website of the US embassy for Ukraine and went to their interview tab to see what it shows as far as interview procecures.  All of this helped me tremendously.
Once I found all the information I needed, I quit searching for myself and focused on her and our current life. (This is a step I highly recommend)

Your noa2 will be confirmed when you stop waiting. My fiance and I had made a decision and we believed that noa2 would be approved without rfe. We promised each other that we wouldn't do noa2 checks and we got the confirmation one day after that day   I advise you too, standby energy slows things down, this is the rule of the universe 🙏

one less working day bc of Memorial Day, but they still looked at about 70 cases a day which is decent. October is also finally under the 50% pending mark!
 
some weird things to note: Oct-20 was relatively untouched this week and Oct-23 was completely skipped. not sure what's happening there since they've even looked at end of the month filers. hopefully, they'll look at those 2 dates next week in addition to the end of the month.
 
based on what we saw with September filers, USCIS will move their focus onto November filers soon, and leftover October progress will slow. guessing we've got a few weeks until that happens though!

Our case was approved yesterday!!!
