TO DO NOW:
Send letter to VSC (w  copy of your I-360 and printout of case status you showed here) asking for 
1. New safe mailing address 
2. Copy of RFE  to your new safe mailing address and  time to respond 
 
If you have any friend in the US that can help and has a stable address , reach out to them and use their address as in Your Name

instead of Belarus.
I spent ( informal volunteer) time w my sister 2 summers ago , in Romania , near Satu Mare, processing mail ( and pensions) and delivering ( walking, riding bikes ); to 3 surrounding villages..and I think you have better chances w US safe mailing address.
 
Either way , write your letter NOW.
 
Congressman/ Senator will NOT be able to help because you are no longer their constituent ( live in US) but you will get a new RFE ( w new date ) sent to you. Just keep trying

Never give up. Don’t let anyone tell you that your case won’t be approved, even your lawyer . Fight for your case until you get approved. My case can be an encouragement to someone, I am in immigration proceedings since 2017, got 204 c fraud on my I-130, I-360 office sent me a 7 pages NOID which was my only hope, responded to NOID January 31. I worked on it with my lawyer and provided new proofs and my case is approved  in less than 2 months. Can’t wait to get my green card finally.

Hi guys! I got good news today! It’s the end of my journey!!! I really appreciate y’all being so helpful and I know how this heartbreaking this process is… We all went through a lot of sh*t in relationship and I know how hard it is deal with all this for a long time after! But trust me,in the end it feels good! I’ll still try to answer questions here! 

I got my ead approved. applied new on june 25th 2021.

Hello Family, after 3 long years I finally got my Green Card Approved and its on the way to me. Thank you all for the support and sharing your experiences during panic times. I feel so received my journey is complete. 
 
I wish all the ones that are waiting the best and please be patient and don't give up. And above all, don't PANIC and consult a good lawyer.

Married Dec '17
Submitted Jan 2018 I-130 and I 485
Submitted VAWA Oct 2019 After a long 1 year of abusive relationship
1st EAD received Jan 2020 after 14 month Wait
Jun 2021: Received Work Permit for C31 (VAWA)
After two RFEs, Received Approval in July 2021. (Evidence of Abuse and Residence with Abuser)
Dec 2021: I-485 was ready for Interview
Jan 6 '22: Interview, Requested Medical
First RFE for Medicals did not come
2nd RFE received Feb 9th
New Card was produced Feb 16.
Green Card will be in hand soon

time to file for Green card. 😂😂. Another process. 😩. 

friends, I'm feeling so low today... this process is sooooo long, almost unbelievable that they make survivors of abuse to wait this long. if anything, this should be the fastest one... I'm grateful for my work (thanks to EAD) and people I love... staying patient... but just wanted to share my feelings...

got 4 PFs, don’t remember exact dates since I’ve never used them. Received my last PF in November.

Guys I don't understand why people who filed I-360 in December 2019 get approved (which I am genuinely happy for ) and people from November 2019 are still waiting? It's been almost 27 months... I want this terrible journey to be over. 

Nobody can tell you that. I received 3 - got approved shortly after 3rd PF - some people received only 1, some none

there is no specific answer to this. 
But on average three PFs.
 
Mine third was about to expire next week but i got update they produce my new card.
