Received an email that we are in transit to the Montreal consulate today!

I never heard anything from NVC. I was expecting an email with a case number, but this came first!

Hey that’s interesting that your embassy can contact NVC and at least give you updates, better than waiting for public inquiry response or NVC themselves. NVC website states they’re working on cases received from uscis around May 16 (but that date should be updated Mon/Tues) and I believe I read somewhere that it takes 2-3 weeks after NOA2 for NVC to receive paper petitions, so you should hopefully have some good news in the next week or two. Please update when you hear anything from your embassy as it may help form some sort of timeline for us! I’m 18 May so two weeks behind you.  

Hey guys, our case was finally approved last week! I was at the lowest point the day before it was approved and completely hopeless and it was a total surprise and shock that we finally got NOA2!! 
 
I will remain an active member of this community cheering everyone on until we are all approved. Thank you everyone for the constant support, encouragement, and especially those who make the effort every week to update the chart ❤️

After 416 days, I'm finally approved! I'm so glad the nightmare and anxiety is over. Now on to the next step.
 
I'll continue to update numbers at least for April and May fliers since I can easily update them during lunch / after work since I work remote.

We got our approval! I can't believe it. 367 days... I don't know what to do next.. Can we do anything or do we need to wait for the letter to arrive?

We haven't start the ds160 and i134 yet, for ds160,  we have very simple background, so it shouldn't take long for us, and I have all the document ready for i134.(I'm planning to provide tax transcript, bank statement, insurance policy, stock account and deed) But I think they might want to see the most recent document, so I will download those documents when my fiancé schedule his interview. I will also be making an album of our pictures, itineraries, chat history when I have time.
 
Meanwhile my fiancé is preparing other documents that required for interview (birth certificate and police certificate), we will also call the medical center to see if we have to make appointment for the medical exam.
 
I'm so excited about this, we haven't see each other since the pandemic, can't wait!

About 560 people in March still waiting. 114 untouched cases,  288 RFESs, and  157 RFERs...

Same! I guess what we have to do is to wait for NVC to get our cases, which may takes about a month? And once we have our case number from NVC, we can track the status with the link following

Once the case has arrived at the embassy, then make an appointment.

Just got approved this morning. Case filed April 16, 2021. Number 75000 series. Can’t believe it, over 400 days! Now off to London.

Pretty good approval rates but I hope they didn't move onto the end of the month already. That's my greatest fear. Hope there are more updates by the end of the day like yesterday.

Congratulations! We are nearly there!! My fiancé also received the email from the NVC today  London embassy.
