  6. In transit today Noa1: June 21, 2021 Noa2: May 10, 2022 In transit: June 7, 2022 Lima, Peru I wasn’t able to call NVC, mi fiancé got the email today because our case was sent to my embassy
  7. Petitioner will get an email with case number when the NVC send your case to your embassy, so you just need to wait
  8. NOA 1: June 21, 2021 NOA 2: May 10, 2022 Waiting for my case being transferred to NVC, luckily my embassy is getting cases from NVC pretty fast so I'm super excited!!
  9. WRONG. Processing times are not decreasing, in fact if you put your NOA1 date, they won't let you to do an inquiry till 13.5 months later, so it doesn't mean anything.
  10. It does not work like that, lot of people got confused but an expedited approved is not that the case is approved is that they approved the expedited petition, they still have to wait up to 5 weeks for a response that can be an approval, a denial or an rfe.
  11. I don't think so, probably they are working on expedited cases, so they are doing that and they still need to investigate and check backgrounds
