For the people that don't have Facebook or haven't joined AOS Wisconsin FB group, what the Milwaukee seems to be processing/sending now:

- Biometrics: Scheduling appointments for March, April filers.
- Interviews: Scheduling and rescheduling for November and December 2019, January and February filers.

The expedite for the i131it's because I have a family member really sick and wanted to visit (I could even provide documents for proof) but it was denied saying they need my biometrics in order to process my case .. and sent me appointment for biometrics in the mail a day after , interestingly 3 days later I received another letter for biometric appointment (for the same date) ..

My EAD case status changed to 'New card is being produced' yesterday
 
Sent my application July 22 then biometrics on Oct 23. 

I chat Emma and got an agent last Friday to follow up on my service request for the biometric appointment. They said they couldn't help me because the system is down and I just asked to be put on the Tier 2 queue. This morning the status of the service request changed from unassigned to assigned. I hope I get my biometric appointment soon. 

Got my Biometrics Appointment in mail today for 12/01,  they sent the notice was sent 11/07....

So weird, we haven't heard anything either since June.. I received my EAD without biometrics but nothing has moved further since then..

Same situation here. No biometrics, no rfe, nothing for almost 6 months now. We tried chatting with a support agent, but got nowhere. We’ve resigned to just keep waiting now without doing much else. With no indication that things are moving, my spouse’s life is in limbo due to not having any residency paperwork (can’t get drivers license, can’t work, can’t get in state tuition for education, can’t travel out of the country, etc), I’m wondering how much longer we should keep staking it out.

We received our approval notice in the mail for EAD/AP.  But we still haven't received a biometrics appointment letter yet. I wonder, will they go ahead and issue the combo card, or do they not issue the combo card until the biometrics are done?  Has anyone had this happen?

Ok awesome! I hoping my wife get her EAD card and SSN by the end of November or beginning of December!

For some reason because I had a previous visa, my timeline doesn’t show correctly 
 
MY SSN arrived today too! 
Package mailed: July 1st
Cheque cashed: July 29th
NOA1 in mail: August 10th
Biometrics for i765: Oct 10th
Biometrics for i485: Oct 20th
EAD & AP approved: Nov 3rd
EAD collected by USPS: Nov 6th!
Combo Cars arrived: Nov 9th
SSN arrived: Nov 10th!!!
 
I am on SHOCK!

Both my mom and dad received notifications that the I-765 & I-131 were approved. Applications sent July 9th.

Woop! My EAD arrived (also serving as AP!) over the MOON!! 
 
now I wait for my SSN  

The case inquiry date for I-131 (Advance Parole) at the NBC is now June 12, 2020 (2.5 to 5 months).
 
Has anyone filed a service request based on their I-131 processing time? Was there any meaningful response?
 
Note that it should only be submitted if you have not received any sort of case update in the last 60 days.
 
(We got a RFIE for the I-485 which reset our filing date to 22 July 2020. I believe that resets the I-131 and I-765 dates as well, so we are not yet eligible to submit a request. We have not yet been scheduled for biometrics in Indianapolis.)

I think this is my first post, but wanted to share it with you for reference, I just received the email that my I-765 is in "Card/ Document Production" status, I filled in early July and it was received at USCIS on 7/10, biometrics were on 8/10 (I-485) and 8/25 (I-765).

Just got my AP approved also today so presuming I shall get my combo card in the mail 💪🏻

Got the biometric appointment finally, scheduled this month's end! 

Just checked my case status and my EAD card is being produced!!!  
 
for my i131 it just said that my name was updated, not sure if this means my AP will arrive with my EAD but so happy anyway! I only had my second biometrics appointment on the 20th of October 

Unexpectedly we received our biometrics appointment letter for the i485 and i765 in the mail today. Notice date was Oct 23 and our appointment is for November 20.
 
The USCIS website, the USCIS app, the Lawfully app... none of these changed from "case was received" and "fingerprint fee was received". Even now the statuses remain unchanged and there were no other notification made to us so this was a complete surprise as we had been checking the above options multiple times on a daily basis.
 
We did, however, file a service request on Oct 19 as our 90 day mark for our local asc reopening had passed. Not sure if this biometrics scheduling was due to that but for anyone else waiting, I would definitely advise giving it a try!
 
And as others noted on here, the USCIS page and app appears to be completely unreliable in updating accurately, so for those that are very anxious, it seems communicating with a live rep seems to be the most and perhaps only accurate status checker.

Hi guys, I've been waiting for 92 days for biometrics appointment since I got my receipt (PD 7/29). I sent out an e-request too because it's been more than 90 days since my field office reopened. I'm in OC, SoCal. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting for biometrics. I'm getting a little worried lately. Thanks!

Hello, guys! We had our interview in Lawrence, Massachusetts today and our case just got approved. So happy!!! 🥳
Timeline: 
25 June - Filled
28 august - Biometric
29 October - Interview
 
I want to share our interview experience with you. First they called me (beneficiary) and then my husband. Each interview was  around 10 15 min. 
Questions they asked both of us: 
- Names
- Siblings name and work occupation 
- Date and places of engagement and Wedding 
- Who proposed to who and What was the proposal like
- Did we go to the honeymoon
- My husband work position, work days and work hours and how many people work in his business.
- How we met and when
- Where I have been worked before on J1 and they asked him the same after. 
- What was my bachelor and master degree in. 
-  Then he went through "yes" and " no" questions from form I-485 
I think that was all. Very smooth and easy, officer was nice and polite.

I am from Wisconsin too. No biometrics so far. Applied in June.

You can live chat and put in a service request. Not convinced it does anything, but at least it's something!

I changed my address in September online. I just used Live Chat to try to open a service request because it's been 90 days (imo) from when the ASC in Lawrence reopened. Anyway, apparently it's 89 days according to the agent so I have to do live chat again tomorrow. Also, she said they didn't get my address change request. Did you have mail something in or you just did the online form. Not sure why the agent didn't say anything about it last time I chatted with them!!

So frustrated with USCIS.
