Hastened to take new heap-strong pill, ingest man. Had no effect, no man.
Took two of diminishing supply of steroid pills. Had negligible effect, sigh man.
Somehow made it to office, ouch man.
Fell asleep at desk twice, for lengthy periods, zzz man.
Called doctor; no response by press-time, no man.
Took new heap-strong pill before leaving office, ingest man.
Slight improvement upon arrival at casa, slight man.
Laid down for unsuccessful nap, no zzz man; renewed pain upon arising, sigh and ouch man.
Shall take new heap-strong pill before bed imminently, ingest man.
Am not hopeful that any heap-strong med can overcome damage from lying down, no man.
It seems that a Plan B is needed, B man.

although you may have had good intentions in wanting to help, sometimes posting your opinion when the OP is looking for factual answers, can create fear and confusion. how about next time just saying "cool, thanks for the correction, even if i personally won't be trying it" instead of coming back with a defensive response? otherwise, it just comes across as if you are trying to discourage the OP from traveling, despite there being no real cause for them to worry about doing so.

There is never a guarantee of entry to the US, not even with the green card. You only have the right to enter if you are US citizen.

If you personally do not trust it, then you personally do not have to use it. Plenty of other people have used AP just fine without issues. As Harpa stated already, if their AOS was not denied, it is safe for them to use the AP they were granted.

Husband is getting called into a job interview at a big hardware store with hopefully hours that will work around his school. This would be good for us because we wouldn't be spending out of savings quite as much.

J - not need lawyer for filing. The forms are dead easy, you can file a petition for divorce, prep the petition for divorce yerself. The lawyer will use a template in MS-Word - why can't you do the same? Lawyers never are fast for doing initial filings.

I thought you were going in with your template, then have the lawyer review it, then walk out of there with a file-able divorce petition, then file it with the court. Once you file a petition, then you get on the calendar at the court, their docket, to see a judge.
This other stuff you've mentioned sounds like an evolution in time wasting.
