  1. Seems good to me. Good luck ! never know till you try
  2. 1. you probably will. not sure, let see what other say. if i remember to count current annual income = XXX amount of money per week X 52 weeks. so if he only work untl november 2022, u have to count until that month 2. i-130 he can use his, i-485, i-131, i-756 it will be under your name, so you will get different number 3. yes u can file without i-693. but in my experience in february 2022, i filed it together. the more i can submit to them the less chance i got RFE. to each their own.

  10. if you dont want to, better say no. i know he''s a family, but he's a grown man and kinda scary to jeopardize yourself if things go south
  11. sorry it happened to you. depend on what you want, if you want to divorce, go divorce if you think that she will change ( highly doubt it based on ur story) guess you need to have mature adult conversation with her. make me ill when people try to threatened other spouse like that ( i mean ur wife). its like emotional blackmail if i were you, i will refused to come to removal of condition interview with her not to be mean here, but why do you have to?
  12. that's weird, i thought when u field online, the NOA 1 is instant? and it's under document tab. have you look it up?
