@PyGP04 hey, my work permit was approved today. 

UPD: Just after I complained about my EAD card, the status of my application changed to "Card is being produced". YAY! (I wonder if USCIS officers visit this site.....:)))))I am so excited that I will finally be able to get a new driver's licence, open a bank account and apply for a job! 
Hope everyone else won't have to wait for it long.

@sweetlana I didn’t get any EAD or GC interview as well. And i am in North Carolina…don’t understand how it could be slower than FL or TX 😂 but here I am. 

Same. Still waiting in NC. Starting to get really irritated. 😪

Since he was never married to girl #1 then he should submit an avadavat from a close friend and one from his parents, signed and witness to demonstrate that they confirm what he is providing as his recollection of their relationship. Some countries keep track of this so if his country does then he should secure the necessary paperwork from the governmental agency that can verify that he is single and free to marry. I know the Philippines government keeps this information and I suppose others do to, but they would be a handful of countries. He should also detail the circumstances and highlight that he never married her.  These affidavits do not need to be long. One or two paragraphs with all facts. Keep the emotion out of the verbiage. 
 
Second item is simple. Just reproduce what you sent the first time. Sometimes items like this get "lost" and are asked again in the form of an RFE as they have done in your case. This is common request we see all the time. Never could explain it.
 
Create a cover letter and outline the letter to reflect a checklist of items that you are including and match the order that you attach the documents to the order of the checklist.

Wait until the RFE arrives before you go off on a "wild goose hunt" with no bullets for your gun. An RFE can be for many things none of which you are aware of now. Yes, you can guess but you'll be wrong. Have some more patience and then when the RFE arrives I'll be more than happy to help you if needed.
 
I used the "search" box in the upper right-hand corner, and I was able to see many articles concerning your topic here on VJ. It's an amazing tool to use. 

Just print out what is there if they are asking for proof that they are/aren't a marriage broker.  That's all you can do.

Nothing worrisome there.  Just print the TOS and send them in.

This is SUPER unfair. Someone files in June and gets their petition adjudicated in August/September while others have to wait over 200 days:(

Omg. I finally saw an update on my case after 196 days. It says RFE sent which makes me nervous. This is what I saw on lawfully so I have to send the notice of intent ahain? I sent one copy he signed I scanned and one copy I signed original. Not sure what they want ... 

I feel like petitions received by USCIS on the 28th of Feb. are cursed. Based on what I've seen on the Case Tracker app (I used the search trick), only two petitions received on the28th have been adjudicated so far (one in July and the other one in August 19). No activity since Aug.19:((( It's sad and discouraging.

After 201 days, we got approved today!

Anticipated operational impacts include increased wait times for pending case inquiries with the USCIS Contact Center, longer case processing times, and increased adjudication time for aliens adjusting status or naturalizing". And nobody knows how it will impact I-129F cases in particular🤷‍♀️

We just got our approval today! Our NOA1 was February 25th. No RFE. I stopped looking everyday and then looked this morning. 
it’s coming everyone just be patient. ❤️
