Here's the press release straight from the White House website. You can also search this information through Google and you'll find multiple reliable websites with articles confirming this:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/press-briefings/2021/09/20/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-jen-psaki-september-20-2021/
The press briefing may be long so just control F and search for "vaccinated".

Thanks!
Just checked with the medical facility in Karachi. They're are accepting all the vaccines mentioned on WHO website including Sinovac.

yes but it's also best to have the website open on your end because sometimes the people there say to wait 14 days between last dose and medical even though the CDC has said that a wait period between vaccines is no longer neccessary... if you have plenty of time, it won't matter otherwise do bring up that point. Good luck with your medical.

Wow so many typos Lmaoo! I meant to say they handle immigration on a daily basis so they’d know the most updated and accurate information.

You can get any of these for immigration purpose so yeah sinovac is allowed:
AstraZeneca/Oxford vaccine Johnson and Johnson Moderna Pfizer/BionTech Sinopharm Sinovac https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/covid-19-vaccines/advice?fbclid=IwAR2k3Oz2JRaNVwpdOci7rEklwSXLAEe1hu_sWtrH-ixpF911WSS1Fag7pmU

Alhumdulillah, received my IL, Date is 2nd March. request for prayers.

I did, but they denied. They do not care about anyone's emotions. If everything go perfect ,IFFF my ID is around early or mid April and they send me Visa in 2 to 3 days after the interview then I might make it. But there is 1% chance of this happening.
Thank you to those who responded to my story and thank you to those as well who are genuinely praying for me.

I think my wife will have to wait 2-3 weeks to get her approved for Visa.. fine..
good thing is, they haven't REFUSED her .

AM Abbas reacted to Dashinka in Expedite Islamabad
Just one addition I did not add in my initial response, it appears that the USC spouse would actually request the expedite.
Good Luck!

99% no 1% possible. you can try expedited. nothing to lose but another denial if it does not work out

AM Abbas reacted to Boiler in Expedite Islamabad
Well this is not just an Islamabad issue, assuming of course this was the reason
I have not come across this, but I will hold my hands up and say I do not see everything.

I have heard that the Islamabad embassy itself sometimes tell the applicant to go for an expedited CR1 if they decide they are too married for K1 and denies the visa.
I am not sure if this is an actual acceptable reason at USCIS or is something that the embassy staff tells the applicant to lessen the blow from the bad news of the denial.

AM Abbas reacted to Crazy Cat in Expedite Islamabad
I don't see that reason, alone, fits the criteria for expedite.....but it seems most everyone is submitting expedite requests these days. It does no harm to try.
-
AM Abbas reacted to Boiler in Expedite Islamabad
I am very much in favour of expediting, not sure I see the reason in this case, could you expand.
-
AM Abbas reacted to Dashinka in Expedite Islamabad
Typically expedite requests are made on the basis of hardship to the USC. That being said, you can always try, but previous K1 denials do not seem like a good basis for an expedite.
If you want to try, and your case is at NVC, it appears this is what you would do to request an expedite. Though not exactly the same situation as your visa would certainly be available it does show you need to submit a letter/statement to the linked site requesting the expedite.
Good Luck!
I have been waiting for a very long time for my relative to get an immigrant visa. Now there is a family emergency and I need my relative to immigrate soon to the U.S. Can NVC help me?
If a visa is available for your relative’s category, and their case involves a life or death medical emergency, processing of your case may be expedited. To request a review for expedite, please submit a scanned letter (or statement) using the Public Inquiry Form to NVC from a physician (or medical facility). The letter must include the physician’s (or medical facility’s) contact information, and declare a life or death medical emergency exists.
