It was , I would travel back and forth every 6 months so that helped. This was mostly attorney's fault since they didn't send RFE until I called USCIS. By that time over a year had passed. Hope yours gets approved soon too! Just make sure to stay on top of your case. Best wishes.

Why dont you go to a Public notary, they probably have a Marriage license around just have to fill it up.

If you havent read what I wrote on your original post. I called NVC with a familiar situation and they told me to upload it to additional documents and under the comment section write to use the cleaner version. Hope it helps.
