So my question is in regards of the i864 and i864a. I just want to know if I am submitting my past 3 years transcripts on CEAC, do I still need to input income amount for the past 3 years on the i864 part 6 24a,b,c and part 4 3a,b,c?

Hello all, I have a question and hope someone has an answer to provide me with. In question about immigrant in the i864 and i864a, if my child was born abroad but a CRBA was obtained for my child already, do I need to list my child as an immigrant as well? Or can I just not include my child? Is my child considered to be immigrating as well?

US citizens are not immigrants......your child is not an immigrant, but would be a member of household.

Count him as a member of the household.  He is not immigrating.

Even a step child who is immigrating is not counted on a spouses affidavit, because the child needs their own affidavit.  In your situation your child is your child and not listed as an immigrant.

My question is as follows: when I add my household member, in my case my parents. My father and mother both file taxes jointly. So my question is, do I need to add the same tax transcripts for both my parents or do I only need to add one household member in the system with both w2s and transcript?

Theres a question in regards of household size and the first question says to provide the number entered in part 3 which is 1. Then it says to enter 1 for your spouse if currently married. Do I still enter 1 even tho person in part 3 is my spouse and already entered one for her?

It's clearly stated you would not count anyone twice.

Read carefully.  Above the place you would enter 1 for spouse you will see the heading "Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit..."  Since your spouse IS sponsored in this affidavit, you would not enter 1 for spouse there.  Of course there is also an instruction not to count anybody twice.  Follow ALL instructions.  Don't pick and choose, or ignore.
