I filled for ROC in November 2022. 
 
Under my application i have my daughter as a dependent. 
 
We received an appointment for Biometrics for my minor daughter, but nothing for me yet. 
 
Is that usual that we get two different appointments, especially since its a 4 hour drive.

We live in Alabama and had no issue renewing with the extension letter. 

Did you get DL expiring on your Birthday in 5 years or until extension letter expiry?
At least in California they treated me as an LPR and issued 5 year DL on renewal instead of 2 year based on extension letter.

I am in Ohio, they only able to renew my DL up to 1 year (not 2 years per my extension letter)

You should be fine.  DMV can request a SAVE verification and verify your extension letter.  Just make sure you do it as soon as you get the extension letter so if they have to submit the SAVE verification, it clears before your license expires.  It's a royal pain to have no license for 2 weeks!  

Yes, in Georgia the extension letter works just fine.  My husband used his I-751 extension letter to renew his driver's license in GA.  The new one has an expiration date that matches the 24-month extension date.

@KatharinaT good question. You can try renewing once you receive the 24 months extension letter. That means DMV in theory should issue you a Driver License expiring 01/30/2025. Maybe somebody from Georgia can confirm?

When this came up for a K visa at a different consulate than yours, I was told the following in an email from the Immigrant Visa Unit:

Are you able to travel to the US even temporarily before February? In a situation where the visa has been issued, I personally would first exhaust all options to enter the US before the visa expires.

11 Days between "expedite" and interview letter.

It's weird that you guys still didn't hear from them. 
 
But you guys can prepair already everything. I'm in a rush to organize everything in a few days. 

I just received my interview appointment a few hours ago. I would wait and give them some days. 

I haven't heard anything either, after the two emails. 

Now I got an email that our expedite request got approved and frankfurt will contact me soon. 
 
But we never asked for a expedite.

For your reference, in the USA we use commas. If you use a period it indicates cents, not dollars. Hence you are writing you husband makes $110 a year.

There you go.......insufficient or incomplete tax documentation could certainly be the issue.

Possibly yes. The 1040 without the 1099 or w2 is pretty meaningless.  Tax return transcripts would be better. 
 

They will schedule your interview together, don’t worry because it’s family immigration. We have same situation.
